We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this dear brother or sister who is seeking approval for their Social Security benefits appeal. Father God, we know that You are the ultimate provider and sustainer of all our needs. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of those who will review this appeal and granting favor in their eyes. Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and ask that You remove any unnecessary delays, working all things together for good as Your Word promises in Romans 8:28.
Heavenly Father, we also pray for wisdom and peace for this beloved child of Yours as they wait. May they rest in the assurance that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
