We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this request for the approval of SSI benefits. Father, we know that You are the provider of all things, and we trust in Your divine provision. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of those who will review this reconsideration application. Lord, let Your will be done, and may this process be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for the individuals at the Social Security Department. May they act with fairness, compassion, and integrity as they review this case. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We ask that You turn their hearts toward justice and mercy, Lord.
Father, we also lift up the individual awaiting this decision. We pray for peace and patience during this time of waiting. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this promise of peace fill their heart as they trust in You.
We rebuke any spirit of delay or injustice in this matter. We declare that the Lord’s timing is perfect, and we trust in His provision. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We stand on this promise, Lord, believing that You will provide for every need according to Your riches in glory.
We also take a moment to address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His blood that we are redeemed and by His name that we make our requests known to You.

Let me always come to You, asking You in faith, for what I stand in need of, and trusting You to supply all my needs. God, I need You. God, supply all my need. Bless my finances. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me look for and catch great sales and bargains on everything that I stand in need of and that You want me to have. Let me always pray over all my spending, purchases, and giving. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. God help me, make me, and remind me to pay all my bills on time. And God don’t let the things You have blessed me with wear out until Your timing.
