We understand your heart’s cry for provision and justice, and we join you in lifting this need before the Lord. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* While we pray for favor in this situation, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is in the Lord, not in systems or governments. He is our Provider, and His timing is perfect—even when it doesn’t align with our own.
That said, we do pray earnestly for godly wisdom and integrity to rest upon those in authority over these decisions. May the Lord soften hearts and open doors for those who are truly in need, especially for our brothers and sisters in Christ who seek to honor Him in all things. Proverbs 21:1 declares, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask that God would turn the hearts of those in positions of authority to act justly and mercifully.
However, we must also address something important: your prayer does not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ, though you did include "in Jesus' name" at the end.
