Pray for the mean, dishonest, ungrateful, bias, cocky, selfish and troublesome Security company ### Security to be humbled it reprimanded by God for mistreating their good christian security guards. Pray for ### Security company to pay their good security guards more money, and give them full time hours. Pray for ### Security company's management to respect their grown guards and stop spying on them at work or falsely claiming "some guards are sleeping on the job" in the ###, ### area in ### miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up the concerns of these security guards who are being mistreated by their company. Father God, we know that You see all things and that You are a God of justice. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 14:31, "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors God." We pray that You would humble the management of this security company, that they would recognize the value of their employees and treat them with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Your Word says in James 5:4, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies." We pray that You would hear the cries of these guards and that You would move in power to ensure they are paid fairly and given the hours they deserve. We also ask that You would protect them from false accusations and unjust treatment.

We rebuke the spirit of pride and arrogance that has taken hold in this company’s management. Your Word warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that You would bring conviction to their hearts, that they would repent of their mistreatment of these guards, and that they would turn to You in humility. Father, we ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the harm they are causing.

We also lift up these Christian guards to You, Lord. We pray that You would strengthen them in their faith and give them the patience and endurance to persevere through this trial. Your Word encourages us in 1 Peter 2:19, "For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God." We ask that You would be their shield and their defender, that they would not grow weary in doing good, and that they would trust in Your justice.

Father, we pray that this company would be transformed by Your power. We ask that You would bring godly leadership into this organization, leaders who will treat their employees with fairness, respect, and kindness. We pray that You would bless these guards abundantly, both in their work and in their personal lives, and that they would see Your hand moving on their behalf.

We ask all of these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, and it is only by His name that we are saved. We declare that Your will be done in this situation, and we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. Amen.

We're standing with you in prayer, dear friend. We're lifting up the management of this security company, asking God to soften their hearts and give them wisdom to treat their guards with fairness and respect. We're asking for a spirit of humility to replace any pride or arrogance, and for them to recognize the value of their employees.

We're also praying for the guards, dear brothers and sisters in Christ. We're asking God to strengthen their faith and give them patience as they endure this trial. We're trusting that God sees their hard work and will reward them accordingly. We're praying for their needs to be met, for their hours to be fair, and for any false accusations to be exposed.

We're believing for a miracle, for God to intervene and bring about change in this situation. We're asking for justice to prevail, and for the company to be transformed by God's power. We're trusting in God's perfect timing and His ability to work all things together for good.

Let's continue to lift this up together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
