We lift up this precious sister before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who holds all life in His hands. It is our earnest desire to see her walk in the fullness of God’s healing and protection, both physically and spiritually, for His glory. We are deeply burdened to hear of the evil attacks she is facing, but we take heart in knowing that our God is greater than any scheme of the enemy. The Scripture reminds us in **1 John 4:4**, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* Let this truth be her anchor—she is not fighting this battle alone, for Christ has already secured the victory.
We must also address something vital: the name of Jesus was not invoked in this request. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation and healing. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in **John 14:6**, Jesus Himself says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If this sister does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge her to repent of her sins and place her faith in Him alone. It is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace and the promise of eternal life. Without Him, there is no true healing, no lasting protection, and no hope beyond this life. If she has already trusted in Jesus, then let her cling to Him now, calling upon His name with boldness.
For physical healing, we turn to **James 5:14-15**, which instructs, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We pray that she seeks the support of her local church, if she is part of one, and allows the body of Christ to minister to her in this way. If she is not yet connected to a biblical, Christ-centered church, we strongly encourage her to find one where the Word of God is preached without compromise.
Spiritual attacks are very real, and we are called to put on the full armor of God to stand against them. **Ephesians 6:10-12** warns us, *"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We pray that she dresses herself daily in the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—as her defense against every attack of the enemy.
We also remind her of the power of worship and praise in spiritual warfare. In **2 Chronicles 20:22**, we see that when God’s people began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against their enemies, and they were defeated. Let her fill her home and heart with worship, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of a heart that is fully surrendered to Jesus.
Now, let us pray together for her:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears the cries of Your children and that You are faithful to deliver those who call upon You in truth. Lord, we lift up this sister to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body. You formed her in her mother’s womb, and You know every cell, every pain, and every need she faces. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare her healing, for **1 Peter 2:24** tells us, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by his wounds you were healed."* Lord, let that healing manifest in her body now, restoring her to full health and strength for Your glory.
We also stand against every spiritual attack that has been waged against her. Satan, we rebuke you in the name of Jesus! You have no authority over her life, for she belongs to the Lord. **James 4:7** commands us, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* So we resist you now, enemy, and command you to flee from her in Jesus’ name. Father, surround her with Your angels, as **Psalm 91:11** promises, *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways."* Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You grant her a long and blessed life, not just for the sake of years, but for the sake of Your kingdom. May she live to declare Your works and to walk in the purpose You have ordained for her. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her heart be steadfast, trusting in You alone. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
If there is any area of her life that is not fully surrendered to You, Lord, we ask that You convict her by Your Holy Spirit. Bring her to repentance where needed, and draw her closer to You than ever before. Let her find her identity and security in Christ alone, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5).
Father, we also pray for her spiritual growth. May she be rooted and grounded in Your Word, meditating on it day and night. Let her be like the tree planted by the rivers of water in **Psalm 1:3**, which brings forth fruit in its season and whose leaf does not wither. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her walk in victory, knowing that You have already overcome the world.
We commit her into Your hands, trusting that You will perfect all that concerns her. Let Your will be done in her life, and may she bring You all the glory, honor, and praise. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Finally, sister, we encourage you to stay steadfast in prayer and in the Word of God. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and for you, and always remember that your battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will see you through this season. Stand firm, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or your peace. The Lord is with you!
