Pray for ###'s good health
We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing and blessings upon your family, especially for your loved one who is facing ailments. First, we must address the way this prayer was presented—it did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. The Word of God is clear: *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death on the cross for our sins, and His resurrection that we can approach God with confidence. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Now, we stand in agreement with you, believing that God is our Healer. The Bible declares, *"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted"* (Isaiah 53:4). We declare that by His stripes, your loved one is healed!
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your mercy and power. We ask that You lay Your healing hands upon this precious one, touching every part of her body that is weak or afflicted. Strengthen her, Lord, and restore her to full health according to Your will. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would comfort her and her family, filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit.
We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and caregivers attending to her. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may provide the best care possible. May Your healing power flow through every treatment and medication, bringing about complete restoration. We trust in Your timing, Father, and we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every sickness, disease, and pain to leave her body now. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life and health over her. May she rise up in strength and testify of Your goodness and faithfulness. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for moving mightily on her behalf. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through her healing.
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, trusting that God is working even when you cannot see it. Continue to pray without ceasing, and surround yourself with believers who will stand in agreement with you. Remember, *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15). Do not lose heart, for God is faithful, and His promises are true. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
