pray for roger whitaker/ congestive heart failure

Please lift Roger Whitaker up in prayer. He has congestive heart failure with only 10% of his heart functioning.He is gonna have heart surgery in Duke Hospital soon.Pray the Lord will guide the doctors and nurses during the surgery.Pray the Lord will touch his heart, if he's not saved.Also remember our mother Betty Whitaker, she has already lost one son, pray that the Lord will give her strength during this devastating time.Our family has drifted apart since the death of our brother and we pray the Lord will bring us back close again.This request is summited by Jeff Whitaker & Linda Garrison(brother & sister).

Lord, I lift up the Whitaker family to You. First I ask for Your love to fill and surround tha family and bring them closer in this trying time. I ask for Your healing and Your miracle working power for Roger. Speak to Roger and draw him into Your own heart Lord. Give him strength and power to witness to others of Your goodness and mercy, if it is Your will Lord. I thank You and I praise You. In Jesus' name. Amen
