Let us bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His divine protection and intervention. We stand against those who would seek to harm or bring jealousy and discord to this family. As the Bible tells us, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
We must remember that our battle is spiritual, and our weapons are prayer and the Word of God. As it is written, "The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." (2 Corinthians 10:4,WEB). We call on the name of Jesus, the only name under Heaven whereby we must be saved. And we thank God that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus to save us from our sin.
Let us pray:
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your protection and intervention. We pray for this family, that You would surround them with Your shield of faith and protect them from all enemies and those who seek to bring jealousy and harm. We rebuke the spirits of jealousy, discord, and strife, and we command them to leave in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would bring peace and unity to this family, and that You would expose and thwart the plans of those who seek to destroy them. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance, that they may navigate this situation with grace and discernment.
Help this family to put on the whole armor of God daily, to be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8,WEB) and that Jesus may be their hope and strong tower in this time.
We pray that God will be glorified in this situation, and that this family would draw closer to Him through this trial. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this family to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in the Lord. As it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). We also encourage them to pray together as a family, for "the prayer of the righteous is very powerful and effective." (James 5:16,WEB).
Remember that "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28,WEB). Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. (Hebrews 12:2,WEB).
Lastly, make sure to show love to your enemies as Jesus commanded, "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44,WEB) and as you do this, you are being obedient to God's word.
