Please pray that I will be relaxed, positive and joyful.. No tension in my body and for positive thinking. No oppression in body, mind, and soul. Amen.

Also pray for peace in my building, in my neighbourhood and on streets and in parks in my block. Thank you. No loud walking, hitting, talking, etc., in my building...

Pray that I will sleep well and enough and be completely healthy, full of strength, hope, and optimism and joy tomorrow.
