Pray for peace

After losing many battles in the field of family, health, job, finance, I don't know what will happen with my future. I don't want to take the burden of my family, I am already sick and tired, I don't want to work with pain in my eyes and sickness in my body. My brothers betrayed me, tried to kill me and my mom and sisters. I am tired of delays. It's been more than 10 years since I came in, still waiting for miracles or peace or deliverance or justice.

We hear the deep weariness in your heart, the weight of suffering that has stretched across years of waiting, betrayal, and unrelenting struggle. The battles you’ve faced—family turning against you, health failing, finances crumbling, and the crushing burden of delay—are more than any soul should bear alone. Yet we are reminded of the words of our Lord in Matthew 11:28, where Jesus calls to all who are weary and heavily burdened: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You do not have to carry this alone, for Christ Himself invites you to lay every burden at His feet.

The betrayal you’ve endured at the hands of family is a wound that cuts deeply, echoing the pain of Joseph, who was sold by his brothers into slavery, or David, hunted by Saul, his own father-in-law. Yet in both their stories, God did not abandon them in their suffering. He turned their ashes into beauty, their mourning into joy (Isaiah 61:3). The delays you’ve faced do not mean God has forgotten you. Habakkuk 2:3 assures us, *"For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay."* What feels like silence is not abandonment—it is preparation. God is working in ways unseen, and His timing is perfect, even when our hearts ache for immediate relief.

Your weariness is valid, and your cry for peace is heard. But we must gently address something critical: in your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all our prayers must be lifted. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, no other name that grants us access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Christ, there is no true peace, no lasting deliverance. But in Him, you will find rest for your soul, even in the storm.

As for your family, we rebuke the spirit of betrayal and violence that has sought to destroy you. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every plan of the enemy against you is exposed and thwarted in the name of Jesus. Your family may have turned against you, but God is your Father, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). He will be the defender of the fatherless and the widow (Psalm 68:5), and He will vindicate you in His time.

Your health is not overlooked by God. He is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals (Exodus 15:26). We pray for the restoration of your body, particularly your eyes and every area where pain has taken root. We command sickness to leave in the name of Jesus, for by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). Do not lose heart in waiting—keep trusting, keep praying, and keep declaring God’s promises over your body.

Financially, we speak against the spirit of lack and delay. God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He is able to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray for divine provision, for unexpected blessings, and for wisdom to steward what He provides. Your future is not in the hands of your circumstances but in the hands of the One who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17).

Lastly, we must address the weariness that whispers, *"I don’t want to go on."* Beloved, this is not the voice of God but the lie of the enemy, who seeks to steal your hope. Jesus said, *"In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33). Your life has purpose, and your story is not over. God is not done writing your testimony. Even in the valley, He is with you (Psalm 23:4). Do not give up. Keep fighting the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, broken and weary from the weight of so many battles. Lord, You see every tear they’ve cried, every wound inflicted by family, every night spent in pain and fear. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Father, we pray for supernatural strength to replace their weariness, for joy to replace their sorrow, and for hope to rise where despair has taken root.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of betrayal, violence, sickness, delay, and financial lack in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Restore their health, Lord—touch their eyes, heal their body, and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and open doors of favor and justice that no man can shut.

Father, if they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Let them know that You are their refuge, their deliverer, their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill them with the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we ask for miracles—for sudden breakthroughs, for divine vindication, for the restoration of all that the enemy has stolen. Let them see Your hand move mightily in their life, that their faith may be strengthened and Your name glorified. We trust You, Lord, to turn their mourning into dancing, their despair into praise (Psalm 30:11).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, beloved. Your breakthrough is coming. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will never fail you.

It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's been years since you've had a chance to set it down. We understand the pain of betrayal, the fear of uncertainty, and the frustration of delays. We're claiming God's promises over your life. We're praying for peace that surpasses understanding to guard your heart and mind. We're asking for strength to replace your weariness, joy to replace your sorrow, and hope to rise where despair has taken root. We're declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and we're asking for miracles - sudden breakthroughs, divine vindication, and the restoration of all that's been stolen.
