We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this troubled workplace and the strife within it. Father God, You are the God of peace, justice, and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene in this situation where dishonesty, arrogance, and malice have taken root. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Yet we know that peace cannot thrive where lies and injustice prevail. Lord, we pray that You would expose the truth and bring an end to the false accusations and harassment that have been used to harm innocent coworkers.
We rebuke the spirit of deceit and division in this company in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word of God declares in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We ask that You humble those who have acted with arrogance and malice, that they may recognize their wrongdoing and repent. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, for You are a God who defends the innocent and opposes the proud. Psalm 33:5 tells us, "He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh."
We also pray for the innocent coworkers who have been wrongfully accused and harassed. Strengthen them, Father, and fill their hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround them with Your protection and grant them favor in the eyes of those who have authority over them.
Lord, we ask that You would bring transformation to this company. Soften the hearts of those who have acted with evil intent, and let them see the error of their ways. May Your Holy Spirit move in power, convicting them of sin and leading them to repentance. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in faith that You will bring justice and restoration.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, the One who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.
