We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the situation at ### Security in ###, ###. Father, we know that You are a God of justice, truth, and peace, and we ask that You intervene in this workplace where chaos, dishonesty, and strife seem to reign. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 6:16-19, "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." Lord, we see these very things manifesting in this situation, and we ask for Your righteous hand to bring correction and restoration.
We specifically lift up ### ###, the supervisor mentioned in this request. Father, we pray that You would humble his heart and expose the lies and slander he has spread about his innocent coworkers. Your Word declares in Proverbs 19:9, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall perish." We ask that You bring conviction to his heart and that he would repent of his dishonesty and arrogance. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray that he would move on from this company in June ###, as requested, so that peace may be restored to this workplace. We also pray that none of his lies would take root in the hearts of others at ### Security, and that the truth would prevail.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over the innocent Christian coworkers who have been falsely accused. Guard their reputations, their livelihoods, and their peace of mind. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh." Let them find comfort and strength in You, knowing that You see their innocence and will vindicate them in due time.
We also pray for the leadership of ### Security. Father, we ask that You would grant them wisdom and discernment to recognize the truth and to address the toxicity that has taken root in their company. Let them be instruments of Your peace and justice, creating a work environment where honesty, integrity, and mutual respect flourish. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33, "For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We pray that You would bring order and clarity to this situation, replacing confusion with peace and discord with unity.
Lord, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and it is only by His blood that we are made righteous. We pray that the hearts of all involved in this situation would be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, so that they may experience the transforming power of Your love and grace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this entire situation to You, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray for miraculous intervention, for hearts to be changed, and for Your will to be done in this workplace. May Your name be glorified, and may Your peace reign in the hearts of all who are affected by this turmoil. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
