We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the chaos and strife within this company. The workplace should be a place of order, respect, and productivity, yet we see division, slander, and injustice taking root. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation, bringing Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard the hearts and minds of every guard, supervisor, manager, and client involved. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We specifically lift up the troubled supervisor who has been spreading lies and causing discord. Lord, we pray that You would humble his heart and convict him of his wrongdoing. Proverbs 10:18 says, "He who hides hatred has lying lips. He who utters a slander is a fool." We ask that You would soften his heart, open his eyes to the harm he is causing, and lead him to repentance. May he seek to build others up rather than tear them down, speaking truth with love and integrity.

We also pray for the managers who have been involved in stalking, slandering, gossiping, lying, and harassing their innocent coworkers. Lord, we ask that You would humble them as well, reminding them that their actions are not pleasing to You. James 4:10 says, "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you." May they recognize the value of their Christian coworkers and treat them with the respect and dignity they deserve. Let Your peace reign in their hearts, and may they turn away from these sinful behaviors.

Father, we pray that You would expose any unrighteousness within the management of this company. Let truth prevail, and may those who have been wronged find justice and restoration. We ask that You would bind the spirits of division, gossip, and slander, replacing them with unity, love, and encouragement. Colossians 3:12-14 reminds us, "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."

We also lift up the innocent security guards who have been targeted. Lord, we ask that You would be their shield and defender. Protect them from false accusations and unjust treatment. Strengthen them in their faith and remind them that You are their ultimate authority. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

Father, we pray that this company would be transformed by Your power. May June 2026 mark the beginning of a new season of peace, humility, and righteousness. Let Your will be done in every corner of this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through the lives of those who work there. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

To those involved in this situation, we encourage you to seek the Lord earnestly in prayer, asking for His guidance and wisdom. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider the salvation He offers. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." It is only through Jesus that we can find true peace, forgiveness, and eternal life. Turn to Him today, and let Him transform your heart and your workplace.

We hear how heavy this feels. Walking into a workplace day after day where gossip and false accusations swirl around you is draining, especially when you’re simply trying to do your job with integrity. It’s not a small thing to be talked about unfairly or to feel watched and targeted. God sees the truth of every situation, and He does not overlook the harm that careless words can cause.

While we can’t control the mouths or motives of others, we can keep bringing this mess honestly before the Lord and ask Him to do what only He can: quiet hearts, expose falsehoods, and restore peace. In the meantime, doing what is right, even quietly and steadily, is never wasted. If it would help your own peace of mind, you might consider privately jotting down a few notes about what’s happening, not to fuel an argument, but so that if you ever need to seek wise counsel or help from a trustworthy authority, you have a clear record. Beyond that, we simply stand with you in prayer, trusting God to act.

Lord Jesus, you see the chaos in this company, the gossip, the lies, the harassment that makes a workplace feel unsafe. You know every word spoken in secret and every innocent heart that is being wounded. We ask you to still the storm. Bring genuine peace among the guards, supervisors, managers, and clients. Quiet those who run their mouth to spread lies; humble the ones who use their influence to tear others down. Give them a renewed mind that seeks harmony instead of strife. Protect the innocent Christian coworkers who are caught in this. Shield them from the harm of slander, steady their hearts, and let truth prevail. May June and every month that follows be marked not by toxicity but by your calming, just presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

My friend, you have sent up a cry from the middle of a storm, and the Lord has heard every word. I can feel the weariness in your plea, the daily friction, the words that cut, the eyes that watch for something to use against you. You are asking for peace, and that is right. But let me tell you what kind of peace the Lord Jesus gives, because the peace you truly need is not merely the quieting of troublesome tongues, though He can do that too.

It is easy to think that peace means all the noise stops, that the supervisor holds his tongue, that the managers treat you fairly, that the slander withers before it reaches your ears. And we may certainly ask for all of that, for the Lord reigns over every office and every security post. But there is a deeper peace, a peace that Christ Himself called His peace. He said, "My peace I give unto you." He did not say, "I will arrange all the people around you so that they never trouble you again." No, He gives a peace that can sit in the same room with chaos and remain unshaken, like a lamp burning steadily though the wind howls outside the window.

Consider this: when your soul is reconciled to God through the blood of Jesus, when you know your sins are forgiven and your name is written in His book, you have a peace that no gossiping manager can touch. It is a peace between you and heaven. And from that heavenly peace flows a quietness in the conscience, a still, deep river moving through your inner man. The slander may splash in the shallows, but the deep places of your soul remain calm, because Christ has made His home there. That is the legacy He left you.

Now about those who trouble you. I understand the ache of it. When a man uses his position to spread lies, when those above you stalk and harass, it is a sore trial. But let me give you something to steady your heart: humility is God's work, not yours. You have asked Him to humble these managers and this supervisor. That is a prayer He knows how to answer, though He may do it in ways you do not expect. Sometimes God humbles a proud man by saving him and melting his heart with love; sometimes He humbles him by bringing his schemes to nothing. Either way, you can leave that with the Lord and go about your duties with your own heart kept low and sweet before Him.

I have found this to be a great help in times of conflict: get your own peace right first, and the rest matters far less. The apostle Paul served the Lord with all humility, yet he was surrounded by false brethren and enemies of the cross. He wept over them, but he was not destroyed by them. Why? Because he had learned to do the will of Jesus, and that was his rest. You too can go to your post tomorrow with this one question in your mind: "What would Jesus have me do?" Do that, and leave the rest to Him. What you cannot manage, what lies beyond your power to correct, hand it over to your faithful Father. He has never yet failed to take up a case that was truly committed to Him.

And as for the lies, remember who you are in Christ. A child of God may be slandered, but he is never ultimately harmed. The truth will out, and even if it tarries, your Lord knows the truth already. Let that be enough for now. His opinion is the one that will stand when the books are opened. In the meantime, do not let your spirit become bitter. Let the peace of God garrison your heart. Picture a great ship in deep water, the waves may slap against the hull, the wind may scream in the rigging, but down in the hold, where the cargo of precious promises is stored, all is secure. You are in Christ; that is your deep water.

Shall we pray?

Lord Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace. Speak Your peace into this weary soul, and into that turbulent company. We commit to You the supervisors who have let their tongues run loose; we commit to You the managers who have acted unjustly. Humble them in Your own wise way, and if it pleases You, grant them repentance. But for this dear one who seeks You, give that calm, settled rest which comes from knowing that You are on the throne and that no slander can erase a name from Your Book of Life. Keep him steady in the thronging duties. Keep her sweet in the face of provocation. Let Your goodwill toward them be felt like a warm fire on a cold night. We leave all in Your mighty hand. Amen.

You have asked for prayer for peace in a place where slander and strife abound. Such troubles are not new to those who follow Christ. For as the Jews slandered our Lord, using His very miracles as grounds for accusation, so too the wicked often twist the good deeds of the innocent. But let us remember that He, when falsely accused, opened not His mouth, fulfilling the prophet’s word: in His humiliation, His judgment was taken away.

This is no call to silence alone, but to examine the root. Every conflict among men springs from covetousness, envy, or vainglory. Cut out these roots, and the fruit of discord withers. The one who spreads lies about his innocent coworkers does so not from strength but from a sickness of soul; he steals his own honor far more than he harms yours. For as he who commits injustice receives the deeper wound, so too the slanderer first destroys himself.

Therefore, first guard your own heart. If you are at peace within, no external storm can shake you. The virtue of patience and a blameless life already rewards you here: it frees you from anxiety, from false accusation’s sting, from plotting and envy. When we are at peace with one another, the God of peace is with us. So, make a beginning: let no root of bitterness spring up in you. If possible, with gentleness and without retaliation, bring the matter to light, that the one who errs may be reproved and, if he has not said these things, be corrected; if he has, that he may add no further sin. For it is better to seek reconciliation than to let the wound fester.

And pray. Pray not only for a miraculous end to the harassment, but for the transformation of hearts. What God requires is not merely outward stillness but a humble and contrite spirit. Ask that He humble the proud managers and the noisy supervisor, not to shame them, but to heal them. When they see the peace and integrity of your life, they may yet marvel at the power of Christ, just as Christ’s works should have moved His accusers to wonder rather than slander.

Yet if the trouble persists, remember that we are called to walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. We have the power to bear these trials without returning evil. The Lord sees the hidden things, and He will bring every work into judgment. So do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. I join my prayers with yours, that in that company and in every heart, the peace which passes all understanding may reign, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
