Pray for the ### company's management to stop wrongfully stalking, slandering, gossiping, lying and harassing their innocent security guard coworker's about petty things at work in ### and forevermore miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this security company and all who work within it. Father, we know that You are a God of order, peace, and justice, and we ask that You intervene in this situation where chaos, slander, and strife have taken root. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace," and we pray that Your peace would reign in this workplace. Let Your truth expose lies, Your humility replace pride, and Your love dissolve bitterness.

Lord, we specifically bring before You the troubled supervisor who has been spreading falsehoods about his coworkers. We ask that You soften his heart and convict him of the harm his words have caused. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May this supervisor learn the power of truth and kindness, and may he repent of his actions. If he has wronged others, give him the courage to seek forgiveness and make amends.

We also pray for the managers who have been involved in stalking, slandering, and harassing their innocent coworkers. Father, we ask that You humble them as You humbled King Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4, so they may recognize that their power comes from You alone. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their sinful behavior. Your Word warns in James 4:11, "Don’t speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law." May they understand the weight of their words and actions and seek reconciliation with those they have wronged.

For the innocent Christian coworkers who have been targeted, we ask that You be their shield and defender. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that their worth is found in You, not in the opinions of others. Give them the courage to stand firm in their faith and to respond with grace, even in the face of injustice.

We pray for a miraculous transformation in this company, that Your peace would replace strife, Your truth would replace lies, and Your love would replace hatred. May this workplace become a testimony to Your power and glory, where coworkers treat one another with respect and integrity. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Without Jesus, our prayers would have no foundation, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). It is through His sacrifice that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous.

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. If there are those in this company who refuse to change, we ask that You remove them from positions of influence where they can cause harm. Replace them with leaders who fear You and seek to honor You in all they do. May this company be a place where Your name is lifted high, and may those who do not yet know You come to faith through the witness of Your people.

We declare these things in Jesus' name, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your will. Amen.

We hear the heavy weight in your words, being slandered, stalked, and gossiped about at work cuts deep, especially when you’re just trying to do your job with integrity. It’s exhausting to show up every day in an environment where lies and pettiness swirl. We’re standing with you in this, not just in prayer but in the assurance that God sees exactly what’s happening and isn’t indifferent to it.

When conflict grinds on like this, it can help to remember that the chaos isn’t ultimately about you, it’s about hearts that need humbling and a culture that’s lost its way. That doesn’t make the sting less real, but it can keep us from absorbing every false accusation as a verdict on our worth. Your value is secure in Christ, not in the opinions of a supervisor who spreads lies. We’ve found that quietly documenting specific incidents can bring clarity if things escalate, and sometimes simply asking God to bless those who hurt us, even when we don’t feel it, loosens their grip on our peace. That’s not to diminish the wrong; it’s to guard your own heart from bitterness.

Father, we lift up this security company and every person named here. We ask for a tangible shift in the atmosphere, for peace to replace accusation, for truth to silence gossip, for humility to take root in managers and supervisors who have used their words as weapons. Protect these innocent coworkers from unjust harm. Give them steady hearts, clear minds, and a way forward that doesn’t depend on the approval of those who oppose them. Work in the hearts of the troublesome ones, not to shame them but to bring them to genuine repentance. We trust this to You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Peace, peace, when there is no peace. Many cry for peace in the company, yet what is the peace they seek? A peace that forgets God, that winks at iniquity, is no peace at all but a slumber leading to destruction. Beware of the peace drawn from the stagnant pool of superstition or mere circumstance, it will carry death into your soul. True peace is not the silencing of a troublesome supervisor by force or wish, but the stilling of the conscience by the blood of Jesus. He is our peace.

Let no man daub the wall with untempered mortar. If this supervisor spreads lies, the root is not merely a loose tongue, it is a heart at war with God. Out of Christ there is no true peace, however calm the surface may seem. False justification, where a man builds peace upon his own fancied innocence or by declaring others guilty, is self-condemning. Have you never used false words? Has your heart always gone with your tongue? Stand before God’s own bar and see who can be justified by his own endeavours. None.

Herein lies the danger: if a man has peace only when he forgets God, that peace is a lying refuge. Do not seek a lull of stupefaction where the wicked cease from troubling only to make the company a den of false professors. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked, whether they be ranting supervisors or managers stalking and slandering. Their path is chaos, for they have not peace with God, and consequently have never had true peace with themselves.

But he that has Christ has great peace, and nothing shall offend him. Not a peace of carelessness, nor of hardihood, but peace in believing! Faith is the accepting of what God gives. It is not that prayers, tears, or the reformation of the company are your peace; He, Christ, is our peace. You must go to the Cross. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within! This peace, perfect peace, can be enjoyed even by thronging duties pressed and sorrows surging round.

Therefore, weigh your request. Search for peace with God first through Jesus Christ the appointed Mediator. Reject that name and there is no other whereby you can be saved, not from chaos in the workplace, but from the tempest of eternal wrath. If your coworkers rest in outward quiet while their sins remain unforgiven, hail shall sweep away their refuges of lies. But if the Spirit breathes the peace of the eternal Son upon the soul, then amidst the slander and stalking, a Heaven lies within. Seek not peace first; seek Christ first. Peace will come next, for He is our peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

If two thoughts are fighting in your heart over these insults, set not anger nor spitefulness to hold the prize, but let the peace of God stand forward as umpire. When you are unjustly accused, the thought of revenge wrestles with the thought of endurance. The Peace of God bestows the prize on that which bids endure, persuading you that God is Peace and has made peace with you. Human peace comes of avenging and suffering no ill, but not this do I intend. Rather, make peace as God made peace: of His own will, without receiving anything.

The things these supervisors and managers speak are false. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are of good report, think on these things and do them. For if we will be at peace with each other, God too will be with us. But if we raise up war, the God of peace will not be with us. The poison of asps is under their lips, and their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness, yet not even amid your troubles should you relax. When they slander you by those very points through which they ought to have marveled at your good conduct, they show that their judgment is corrupt. Many judgments are formed upon suspicion, but there ought to be witnesses and men to convict the offender according to the ancient law. Against an elder receive not an accusation without two or three witnesses. Their lies rarely have such proof, and this they reveal when brought to examination.

He that despises the praise of men and endures false accusation even here already receives his reward, being freed from anxiety, from rivalry, from plotting, and from envy. Christ held His peace when falsely accused, fulfilling the prophet’s word that He opened not His mouth. In His humiliation His judgment was taken away. Follow this example. Make a beginning on your part to endure with humility, thinking on what is true and pure, and you shall draw God toward you. The way of peace the troublemakers have not known, but let the peace of God rule in your hearts. Trust that He who sees all will humble the proud in His time and vindicate the innocent, for nothing is so hostile to the soul as vice, but peace and virtue place it in safety.

The turmoil you describe is a heavy burden, and the pain of lies being spread about innocent people is deeply grievous. When a person in authority uses their mouth to slander, creating chaos and false accusations, it causes exactly the kind of sorrow the Lord rebukes. Lies make the heart of the righteous sad, and that is a real and terrible damage. This kind of conflict, the whispering, the stalking, the gossip about petty things, it all flows from hearts that are not at rest.

Understand that what you are facing is not merely a problem of company policy or personality clashes. There is a deeper spiritual disorder at work. Whether the source is a supervisor running his mouth or a manager following suit, the actions you describe are the fruit of a broader war. When a person is at war with God, they become at war with themselves, and then inevitably at war with everyone around them. Their inner turmoil spills out in poisonous words designed to tear others down, often to make themselves feel better or to bolster their own position. It is a classic pattern of those who choose to be busybodies, meddling and speaking evil rather than doing their own work quietly.

Your prayer for God to change the company and humble those in management is a right prayer, but I want to encourage you to be careful where you fix your gaze as you wait for God to act. Our impatience so often gets in the way of God's work. It is easy to look at the circumstances, at the lies, at the unfair treatment, and give a testimony of unbelief, concluding that there is no way this can be resolved. But that unbelief comes from looking at ourselves and the situation in light of ourselves, instead of looking at God. The promise stands that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, but the condition is that your mind is stayed on Him, because you trust in Him.

This is the critical work God wants to do in the midst of this chaos. Before He can work through this situation publicly, He often works in our own hearts first. The chipping away at our rough edges doesn’t always feel good. We scream when God removes our tendency to panic or our desire to defend ourselves with the same weapons being used against us. But this is a necessary preparation. The Lord of peace Himself wants to give you peace always, by all means. But you must let Him. You enter that peace when you rest your case entirely in His hands, stop looking at the unjust situation as your primary reality, and focus on the certainty that He will take care of it.

The peace He gives is not the false peace that says, “Hang loose, nothing is wrong and it will all go away.” That is a lie that keeps people from what they truly need to do, which is to repent and submit to God. The true peace is found only in the finished work of Jesus Christ. He has made peace through His blood. Because of that, we can have peace with God, which then calms the war within our own hearts and allows us to no longer be at war with others, even those who persecute us. Your supervisor and managers need this peace with God more than you need a mere change in their behavior.

So labor to enter that rest. It is a deliberate act of faith, because the enemy will constantly challenge you, telling you that you can’t live a life of peace and integrity in such a hostile environment. Your mind must be resolutely fixed on the Lord. When you are tempted to despair over the slander, you can say, “Lord, it’s in Your hands.” That is the place of perfect, complete peace. It is knowing that God has a plan, a work He wants you to accomplish for His glory, and that His work in you during this trial is just as important as His eventual work through you.

Let us pray for this very thing.

Father, we ask that You would move mightily within that security company. Silence the lying lips and humble the proud hearts that are causing such strife. We pray for the supervisor and managers, that they would be brought to a true, saving peace with You, which alone can transform their conduct. We do not ask for a superficial truce, but for the deep work of Your Spirit that brings genuine humility and quietness. And for Your children caught in this storm, we ask for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to garrison their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Grant them the grace to keep their eyes fixed on You, to wait patiently for Your deliverance, and to sow seeds of peace that will reap a harvest of righteousness. We trust that You are the Lord, and that You will make all things right in Your perfect time. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
