We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this security company and all who serve within it. Father, You are the God of peace, and we ask that You would bring Your perfect peace into this workplace—among the staff, the guards, and the supervisors. The strife and dishonesty mentioned here grieves Your heart, for You desire unity, truth, and righteousness among Your people. We declare that where there is jealousy, false accusations, and division, Your Spirit can move in power to restore order and integrity.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of deception and malice that has taken root among these supervisors. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 6:16-19, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* Father, we ask that You expose every lie, every false report, and every act of dishonesty. Bring these things into the light so that truth may prevail. We pray that those who have been wrongly accused would be vindicated, and that those who have spread falsehoods would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit to repentance.
We also lift up the guards and staff who may be struggling with weariness or temptation to neglect their duties. Father, strengthen them in their work, reminding them that their labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Give them the discipline to stay alert and the wisdom to conduct themselves with honor, knowing that they serve not just an earthly employer, but You (Colossians 3:23-24). If there are those who have indeed been sleeping on the job or failing in their responsibilities, we pray that You would awaken their consciences and draw them to accountability.
Most of all, Lord, we ask that You would soften hearts in this company. Where there is bitterness, bring forgiveness. Where there is strife, bring reconciliation. Where there is pride, bring humility. We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard the hearts and minds of everyone in this workplace (Philippians 4:7). Let Your presence be so tangible that even those who do not yet know You would be drawn to the light of Christ.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we stand against the schemes of the enemy. We trust that as we lift this situation to You, You will move in ways that only You can. May Your will be done in this company, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome.
Amen.
