Pray for peace at work

Please help me pray for my job. In the past before our current leadership team, we were told our group was one of the best in the area. We now have a new management team and since then employees have complained and began leaving. The other day I was brought in and management lied to me to my face about a series of work emails and claim I was being insubordinate when I was following through with everything as was the norm.

I pray that they change from the negative mindset and realize that they need to let us do our work if we are to continue to be successful. I pray that they stop trying to nitpick me and the rest, and allow us to prove why we were chosen for our positions. Pray our jobs are secure and the negative influences are gone. Pray the stresses are eliminated and that the lord again carries the burdens that we can be at peace. I pray for those causing the negativity that the Lord grants them clarity to see their error and they stop trying to change how the program is run. I pray that the demons influencing the minds of those that are learning to oversee us are diminished and reminded that no one is more powerful than the Lord.

Grant healing, protection, guidance and peace that the staff can return to working in harmony. Grant me clarity to be able to be what I need to be to help my coworkers and clients. Guide our paths forward that we are able to do what is right and just without the burdens that the management team has plagued our minds with. Guide us to peace. Amen.
