We lift your precious daughter before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who hears the cries of His children. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and find healing, peace, and salvation. Your Word declares in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Lord, we claim this promise over your daughter, believing that You are able to heal her completely and restore her to full health.
We rebuke this spirit of sickness and restlessness that has taken hold of her little body. In the name of Jesus, we command the vomiting to cease immediately and for her body to be strengthened. Your Word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this truth, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We also pray that Your holy angels would encamp around her, protecting her from all harm and evil, as it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
Father, grant wisdom and understanding to these parents as they care for their daughter. May they sense Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Comfort them with the assurance that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Remind them that You are a loving Father who cares deeply for their child, even more than they do.
We also pray for discernment, Lord. If there is any underlying spiritual attack or if this sickness is a result of something that needs to be addressed in the spiritual realm, reveal it to them. Give them the courage to stand firm in faith and to resist the enemy, knowing that he flees at the name of Jesus (James 4:7).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Your healing power be evident to all who witness it. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
