Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request for prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord for the surgery tomorrow morning.
We pray for the one who is very weak and suffering with this kidney problem, that God would grant mercy and healing. We ask the Lord to guide the hands of the surgeons and all who will provide care, to grant wisdom, steadiness and success for the operation, and to restore strength and health completely according to His gracious will.
In this time of weakness and fear, remember the word spoken to Paul and to us, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. When we are without strength, God shows His power and His care. Do not despond, for He knows your affliction and He allows nothing without purpose, always looking to our true profit even when we cannot see it.
So we give thanks both in comfort and in affliction, trusting that whether He grants immediate healing or sustains through a longer path, He is present to befriend and to help, often even without our knowing it. Faint not under this trial, but cast your burden upon Him who is able to make you invincible in this way more than any other.
We pray that the Lord would take away fear, grant peace tonight, keep you through the surgery in the morning, ease pain, restore the kidney to health, and renew strength day by day. May He comfort the family who waits and watches, and may all find rest in His grace that never fails.
We will continue to pray with you for a safe surgery and for complete healing.

We are praying with you for this kidney surgery and for the weakness and loss of strength you described. To feel so weak before such a serious procedure is frightening, and we bring your need directly to the Lord who sees and cares.
Scripture reminds us that the Lord Himself is the strength of our lives. When our own strength fails, He remains our light and our salvation, our shield and our help. That is why we do not need to be afraid. He watches over His own and He keeps them. He promises to give strength to His people and to bless them with peace. Our prayer is that you would experience that strength and that peace in a very real way right now, and that His Word would become your portion and your support through this trial.
It helps to lift our eyes from our own weakness and to ascribe glory and strength to God. When we see our problems in the light of His power rather than in the light of our inability, we find hope. He is the Lord who heals. Throughout the Gospels a large part of what Jesus did was to touch and heal those who were sick and afflicted, and the prophet Isaiah points us to Him as the one who bore our infirmities as well as our sins.
We believe God still heals, and we pray for a complete healing for you. Sometimes that healing comes instantly, sometimes it comes gradually through the healing processes God Himself placed within our bodies and through the skill He gives to doctors and surgeons. Both are from His hand and both are divine. We do not always understand why some are healed in one way and others in another, and we cannot presume to know all of His purposes, as we see even with the apostle Paul, but we can trust His compassion and His power and bring every need to Him in prayer. Prayer itself is a place of great strength for the child of God.
So we are asking the Lord to be near and to hasten to help. We pray that He would guide the hands of the surgical team, that He would sustain the body through surgery and recovery, that He would restore strength where there is weakness, and that He would heal the kidneys fully according to His will. We pray that He would turn this valley of weeping into a place of refreshment, and that you would go from strength to strength as you trust in Him. His strength is made perfect in our weakness, and those who put their trust in Him find that He carries them when they cannot stand on their own.
May the Lord show Himself as your strength and your healer. May He lift you up, give you His peace that passes understanding, and bless you with His presence in the days ahead.
