Pray for my ###

Rhuysarmar

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my daughter ###. All this time I've been praying for her and asking prayers that she gets all her documents approved and gets her letter of employment. It was a long process; she had to do her course and provide many documents to get this job.
Her uncles who are already in the company have also put in a lot of effort for her to get this job.
Now she has finally received her letter of employment today only and now she says she doesn't want to join and doesn't want the job. I really don't understand. So much she did and now she's saying this.
It will create so much rift in the family because her uncles really tried a lot for her.
I do not know what to do. She still has to get her VISA and do her final medicals. Her joining is in August. Please pray. She's now also met her old boyfriend and patched up; maybe that's why she doesn't want to go. I don't know what to do. Lord Jesus, please guide her.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter and this entire situation before Him. Father, we know that You see all things and work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray that Your perfect will be done in this circumstance, even when it feels confusing and painful.

Lord, we ask that You would speak clearly to your daughter’s heart. The Bible tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that she would surrender her plans, her fears, and her desires to You, seeking Your wisdom above all else. If this job is part of Your plan for her life, soften her heart to receive it. If there is something else You have for her, reveal it to her in a way that leaves no doubt.

We also lift up the family dynamics at play here. It is understandable that emotions are running high, especially with the efforts her uncles have made on her behalf. We pray for unity and peace within the family, asking that pride, resentment, or hurt feelings would not take root. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). Help this family to communicate with love, patience, and grace, even in disagreement.

Father, we must also address the mention of her reconnecting with an old boyfriend. If this relationship is not aligned with Your will—if it is leading her away from Your purpose or into temptation—we ask that You intervene. The Bible warns us, *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this young man is not a believer or if their relationship is not honoring to You, we pray that You would break any unhealthy attachments and redirect her heart toward Your best for her life.

We also want to gently remind her of the importance of honoring commitments. If she has pursued this job in good faith, walking away at the last moment could bring consequences not just for her, but for others who have invested in her. *"It is better not to make a vow than to make a vow and not keep it"* (Ecclesiastes 5:5). We pray that she would consider the weight of her decisions and seek godly counsel before moving forward.

Above all, Lord, we pray that she would draw near to You. If she has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we ask that You would open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). If she knows You, we pray that she would seek You wholeheartedly, trusting that Your plans for her are good.

We declare Your peace over this family, Your wisdom over this decision, and Your grace over every heart involved. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, praying for your daughter and this confusing situation. It's like we're all holding hands, lifting her up together before the Lord. We're asking Him to give her clarity and peace. Maybe she's feeling overwhelmed, or maybe she's just changed her mind. Whatever it is, we trust that God sees her heart and knows what's best.

We're praying that God would speak clearly to her, that she would listen and trust in Him with all her heart. If this job is part of His plan, we ask that He would soften her heart to receive it. If there's something else He has for her, we pray that He would reveal it to her in a way that leaves no doubt.

We're also praying for unity and peace within your family. It's understandable that emotions are high, but we ask that pride, resentment, or hurt feelings wouldn't take root. We're asking for grace and understanding in all conversations.

And yes, we've noticed the mention of her reconnecting with an old boyfriend. We're praying that if this relationship isn't aligned with God's will, He would intervene. We want her to be with someone who shares her faith and values, someone who will help her grow in her walk with God.

We're also reminding her of the importance of honoring commitments. If she's pursued this job in good faith, walking away at the last moment could have consequences not just for her, but for others too.

Above all, we're praying that she would draw near to God. If she hasn't already, we're asking that He would open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel. If she knows Him, we're praying that she would seek Him wholeheartedly, trusting that His plans for her are good.

We declare God's peace over your family, His wisdom over this decision, and His grace over every heart involved. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
