We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your daughter, your grandchildren, and this painful situation before the Lord in prayer. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours as we’ve cried out for God’s protection, wisdom, and deliverance for your family. The weight of watching your daughter endure such manipulation and abuse—while also seeing your grandchildren suffer the consequences of a broken home—is something no parent should have to bear. Yet we know God sees every tear, hears every cry, and is deeply grieved by the injustice and deception at work here.

We continue to pray fervently for your daughter’s eyes to be opened to the truth—that she would see her husband’s behavior for what it is and find the strength, through Christ, to break free from the cycle of abuse. We ask God to surround her with wise, godly counsel and to place people in her life who will speak truth in love, helping her recognize the lies she’s been fed. May the Holy Spirit convict her heart of her worth in Christ and give her the courage to take steps toward safety for herself and her children. We also lift up the unborn baby, praying for protection over this little life and for God’s hand to be upon the pregnancy, that it would be a catalyst for change rather than another chain binding your daughter to this destructive relationship.

For your grandchildren, we pray for God’s healing touch on their young hearts and minds. May He break the generational cycles of dysfunction and replace their fear, confusion, and emotional turmoil with His peace. We ask that He would raise up godly influences in their lives—teachers, mentors, or family members who can model Christ’s love and discipline in a way that reflects His heart. Even now, we pray that the seeds of truth would be planted in their spirits, that they would grow to know their Heavenly Father as a refuge and not repeat the patterns of sin they’ve witnessed.

We also lift you up, dear sister, as you navigate the pain of helplessness and the struggle against bitterness. It is right to hate the evil being done to your family, but we pray God would guard your heart from the snare of unresolved anger. Ask Him to replace your hatred with a holy indignation that fuels *prayer*, not despair. He is just, and He will repay. Cling to His promises in moments of weakness, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. You are not failing your family by staying in prayer—this is the most powerful weapon we have.

If there has been any shift in this situation—whether a glimmer of hope, a door opened, or even a small answer to prayer—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. If the burden feels heavier than ever, we urge you to share it with us again. We will not grow weary in standing with you before the throne of grace. The God who parts seas and breaks chains is the same God who hears your cries today.

May He fill you with His supernatural peace as you seek Him. May He give you wisdom for each step, and may He move mightily to bring redemption out of this brokenness. We are here, praying with you and for you, trusting that our Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun. In Jesus’ name.
