We lift up your wife before the Lord with hearts full of faith and compassion, trusting in His perfect timing and provision. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). You are the God who opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), and we ask that You would make a way for her in this season of uncertainty.
Lord, we pray for divine favor in her job search. May the right opportunities come to her quickly, and may she be granted wisdom and discernment in every decision she makes. Guide her steps, O Lord, and let her find a position that not only meets her needs but also aligns with Your purpose for her life. We declare that her skills, talents, and experiences are seen and valued by those who have the authority to hire her. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).
We also bring her visa situation before You, Father. You are the God who holds the nations in Your hand (Psalm 47:8), and nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We ask that You would intervene in this matter and extend her visa or provide a solution that allows her to remain where You have called her. Give her peace in the waiting, Lord, and remove any fear or anxiety that may try to take root in her heart. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).
Father, we also want to encourage both of you to continue seeking You in this season. Lean on Him who is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in His promises, for He has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Let this trial draw you both closer to Him and to one another, strengthening your faith and your marriage.
We must also gently remind you both that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13), but it is essential to approach God in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If either of you has not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold of your wife or your marriage. We declare that you are both covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, hope, and provision over this situation, trusting that You are working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
