Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear mother's son in prayer. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we must acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. For "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12 (WEB). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we receive grace and mercy from God.
Let us pray fervently for this young man as he prepares for his medical school entrance exam.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear mother's son. Lord, You know the anxieties and fears that can overwhelm us, but You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray that You would fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Remove any sickness or infirmity that may hinder his preparation. Strengthen him physically, emotionally, and mentally as he approaches this significant milestone in his life.
Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in his exam. Let Your wisdom and knowledge guide him as he answers each question. We pray that he would not only pass but excel within the range that brings glory to Your name.
Lord, we also pray for his faith and trust in You. Help him to remember that You are the source of all wisdom and understanding. May this experience draw him closer to You and deepen his relationship with Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage this young man to trust in the Lord with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding. In all his ways, he should acknowledge God, and God will make his paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB). May this journey be a testimony of God's faithfulness and goodness in his life.
