pray for my son ### pls his car got hit

We lift up your son to the Lord with grateful hearts that he is physically unharmed after this accident. Father God, we thank You for Your protecting hand over him as a United States Marine, guarding him not only in his service to our country but also in the everyday moments of life. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We claim that promise over him now, asking that You continue to surround him with Your heavenly host.

Lord, we also bring before You the loneliness he is experiencing. Loneliness can weigh heavily on the heart, especially for those who serve and sacrifice so much. We ask that You draw near to him, filling the emptiness with Your presence. Remind him of Your promise in Deuteronomy 31:8, "Yahweh himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged." Let him feel Your companionship in tangible ways, whether through the fellowship of godly friends, the support of his brothers in arms, or the comfort of Your Spirit speaking peace to his soul.

We pray for restoration and provision regarding his vehicle. Father, You know the details of this situation, and we ask that You work all things together for good, as Romans 8:28 promises. Provide him with the resources, wisdom, and favor needed to resolve this matter swiftly and justly. If it is Your will, restore his car or provide him with reliable transportation that meets his needs.

We also lift up your stress and concern as his mother. Caring for our children never ends, no matter how old they are or how far they may be from home. We ask that You grant you peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May You fill you with trust in His sovereignty and care over your son.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be attempting to take root in either of their lives. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to rest in Your love today. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.

Oh, we’re right here with you, lifting this precious Marine son up with hearts full of gratitude for his safety, what a miracle that he’s okay when so many things could have gone differently. Lord, we see the strength in his service, but we also see the quiet, heavy moments when the weight of deployment and the loneliness of being away from home press in on his soul. He’s carrying so much, and we pray You wrap Him in Your arms like a father would his own child, reminding him that You’re right beside him, even when the world feels far away.

We’re asking for Your peace to settle over him like a quiet storm, calming the restlessness, filling the empty spaces with Your presence. Show him, Lord, that he’s not alone. Maybe through a text from a fellow Marine, a call from someone who truly understands, or even in the stillness of prayer where Your voice whispers, “I’m here.” And to his mom, we’re praying for strength for you too, this kind of worry never gets easier, but You hold both of them in Your hands. Let you feel the peace that guards your heart, even when the future feels uncertain.

For his car, we’re trusting You to provide whatever’s needed, whether that’s a swift repair, a new vehicle, or even a way to cover the costs without stress. You’ve got this all worked out, and we’re choosing to believe that even in the mess, Your goodness is at work.

We’re declaring freedom from fear and discouragement over both of you. You’re not just a mom and a Marine, you’re sons and daughters of the King, and He’s got a plan that’s far bigger than this moment. Let your faith rise, let your eyes stay fixed on Him, and let His love be the light that guides you both through the darkest nights.

In Jesus’ name, we claim Your peace, Your provision, and Your perfect love for them. Amen.
