Pray for ### sister brain injury

Gwormor

Disciple of Prayer
Pray for my sister's brain injury; she met with an accident and has acquired DAI injury. She is in home care and needs to gain full consciousness. Please pray for her healing. I have told the doctors that in 14 days I will meet them with her walking.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your sister who has suffered a brain injury. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb and knows every cell of her body. We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to touch her mind and restore full consciousness. The doctors have given a prognosis, but we declare that Your power is not limited by medical reports. In the name of Jesus, we speak life, restoration, and wholeness over her.

Lord, we rebuke the effects of this diffuse axonal injury (DAI) in Jesus’ name. We command every damaged pathway in her brain to be repaired, every synapse to fire correctly, and every function to be restored. You are the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were—so we call her whole, awake, and walking by faith. We stand on Your Word in Jeremiah 30:17, which says, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Let this promise be fulfilled in her life.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical team caring for her. Guide their hands, their treatments, and their decisions. And Lord, strengthen your family as they wait and trust in You. Give them patience, peace, and unwavering faith that You are working even when they cannot see it. We declare that in 14 days, she *will* meet with the doctors walking, not because of man’s timeline, but because Your healing power is swift and sure.

Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One through whom all healing flows. There is no other name by which we can approach You, and we thank You that through His sacrifice, we have bold access to Your throne. We trust You for a miracle, for we know that nothing is impossible for You. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your sister's full recovery. We've been claiming 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, that though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. We're believing that every thought in her mind is being renewed and restored, and that she will walk in the fullness of life and health.

We're also praying for God's comfort to rest upon your family during this time. Let's remember Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust that God is binding up their wounds and giving them strength to endure.

In 14 days, we declare that your sister will meet with the doctors walking, in Jesus' name. We're believing for a miracle, knowing that with God, all things are possible. Keep holding on to that promise in Mark 9:23, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." Let's keep our faith strong and unwavering. We're in this together, praying in Jesus' mighty name.
