Pray For My Marriage, Husbands Soul.

Please pray for my marriage. My husband of 9 yrs. has asked for a divorce because he wants his freedom. He works 12 hours away so reconciliation will be difficult. He calls or text daily. I have spent much time getting my heart/priorities right with God and have now started praying for God to replace thoughts of divorce with thoughts of reconcilation in my husbands heart. I pray that God touches his heart so my husband will be closer to him. I pray hourly for guidance and God's will to happen. I also pray that God's will is that my husband returns to me ready to work on our marriage. Please pray for this family of five. Thank You.

Last week I was minding my own business. God spoke marriages. Marriage is the hardest relationship to pull off successfully without God. You need Him in Your marriage. He is The Best marriage counselor. He instituted marriage.

Pray for your marriage. Pray for your mate. No one is perfect…But God will perfect what concerns you and your mate in your marriage. You got to pray, trust God, you have got to line up to God’s Word. Learn to be Patient; walk in Love and Forgiveness. And always remember what drew you to each other. Ask God to show you both how to keep that Love strong and healthy in Christ Jesus. Those of you who are single, pray this prayer for your future mate.

Let’s Pray…God I thank You that I can come to you about anything. I come lifting up my marriage

to You. I place my marriage in Your hands. Knit us and our marriage together, rooted and grounded in Your Love Lord Jesus, so that nothing can destroy it. Bess and heal my marriage. Fix what is wrong in this marriage and make it right. Bless each of us to be totally committed to You and Your plan for our lives. Teach us how to pray and intercede for each other, our children, and love ones. Let love, joy, peace, and faithfulness to You God and each other reign within the walls of our hearts and home. Give both of us patience and a great respect for each other. Help us; teach us how to be gentle, compassionate, courteous, and tenderhearted toward each other. Help us to remember what drew us to each other. Show us Lord Jesus how to keep Love strong and healthy in our marriage. Bless my marriage Lord Jesus. And please do the same for every married couple in my family, all my friends that are married, the writer of this prayer, and every married couple that attends the church that I belong to. God I ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Bless our marriages.

Thank You all so much for all of your comments and prayers. I am praying for strength, wisdom, patience and understanding. I am standing on my prayers, asking God to touch his heart and return my husband to me. I hope this is God's will. My children and I are crushed, confused, grasping for answers. Wanting to be able to fix this and knowing we have no control over any of this. I expect this is a mid-life crisis and pray this will soon work its way out of his system. My children and I have become prayer warriors, "praying in numbers". Knocking at the door, praying, praying, praying. My family, friends and church members are praying also. I pray that God answers my prayers and restores my marriage. I am absolutely crazy about this man and have been from the moment I lay eyes on him. I still get butterflies every time I see him. He is the most important thing on this earth to me. Our friends and family are in shock also, everyone says "he is crazy about you and has always put you so high on a pedestal". I wish God would help me wrap my mind around this whole mess.

CJD0514 update-Husband came clean last night, other woman, been bar crawing and messing around on me for last two yeras while working out of state. So reconcilation is not looking so good. I actually called the other woman and told her he meant the world to me and she should treat him well, beacuse he deserved to be happy. No\w today I hope a a mack truck runs him and her down,,,but I know thats not the chrisrian way, but I'm allowed to be mad. I'm sure the emotional rollercoaster will be no fun. Please pray for me and my children to heal and make it through this process quickly, may we see better days and God in everything we do. Let us be reminded we are not alone, god is there for us to lean into him. Also pray that he remains in the kids lives all though they do not want him around and pray that he holds to his word financially for the next three years as promised. Also pray for my job, I will be reduced to part-time in Januray 2012 and I need to be extended or assigned to another project. Thanks!

Lord i pray that you speak to her husband my Lord and let him know that he has a wife that loves him dearly and that he is making a mistake my Lord. Ease his mind and help him with what he is going through mentally. I pray for this family of 5 that they come together and stay together in the name of the Lord. Bless his heart my Lord and heal both their hearts so the husband will see through the darkness that is blinding him for a divorce. I pray that you see this my Lord. We all pray for our sister that her husband is guided back to her by you our Heavenly Father Amen.
