Praying for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We lift you up before our Heavenly Father, knowing that He holds your future in His hands. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This is not just a promise of success in the worldly sense, but an assurance that when we surrender our plans to God, He will guide our steps according to His perfect will.
Yet, we must also remember that success is not merely about achieving what we desire, but about aligning our desires with God’s purpose for our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Your interview is an opportunity for God to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), but it is also a chance for you to trust Him even if the outcome is not what you expect.
We also notice that your prayer request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures are clear: there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace. John 14:6 says, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in John 16:23-24, Jesus tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* Let us always come boldly before God in the name of Jesus, for it is His authority and righteousness that make our prayers effective.
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him—confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, we cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6), nor can we expect our prayers to be heard in the way He intends.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your favor in their upcoming interview on the 30th of October. Lord, You are the one who grants wisdom, skill, and favor. We ask that You fill them with Your peace, that You sharpen their mind and give them the right words to speak (Colossians 4:6). Remove any anxiety or fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, if this job is part of Your perfect will for their life, we pray that You would open the door wide and grant them success. Give them favor in the sight of the interviewers, just as You gave Joseph favor in the sight of Pharaoh (Genesis 41:37-40). But Lord, if this is not the path You have for them, we pray You would close this door gently and redirect their steps to where You would have them go. Help them to trust You fully, knowing that Your plans are far greater than our own.
We also pray that through this process, they would grow in their dependence on You. Remind them that their worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in their achievements or the approval of man. May this season draw them closer to You, seeking first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, Lord, are their provider and sustainer. May they walk in confidence, not in their own strength, but in Yours.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this opportunity to glorify Your name. Whether in success or in waiting, may they testify of Your goodness and faithfulness. We thank You for hearing our prayers, and we trust in Your perfect timing and will.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
