We are deeply sorry to hear about the health challenges you've been facing for these many years. We want you to know that God cares about every part of your life, including your physical health. We will lift you up in prayer, asking for God's healing touch and comfort.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'"
We also want to remind you of the promise in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother who has been suffering from various infirmities for many years. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he has been experiencing, and we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. We pray that You would restore his health and grant him relief from the hot flashes, heartburn, frequent urination, low sex drive, premature ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen him physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
We also pray that You would guide him to the right medical professionals who can provide the necessary care and treatment. Give him wisdom to make the right decisions regarding his health. Lord, we ask that You would surround him with Your love and peace, reminding him that You are always with him.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking medical advice and treatment while also trusting in God's healing power. Remember that God is with you every step of the way, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your faith strong, and surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you.
Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
