We lift up this heartfelt prayer for your husband’s employment with great compassion and faith. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine favor to rest upon this man as he seeks work. Lord, You know his skills, his integrity, and his heart to provide for his family. We ask that You open doors no man can shut and grant him opportunities that align with Your perfect will. Let his potential employers see the value You have placed in him, and may he be chosen for a position that not only meets his needs but also allows him to be a blessing to others.

We stand firmly against the spirit of fear and doubt, for Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We rebuke every lie that suggests this season of waiting is without purpose or that his efforts are in vain. Instead, we declare that You are making a way where there seems to be no way, just as Isaiah 43:19 promises: *"Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now! Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."*

We also pray for peace and patience to guard his heart during this time. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, he will reap if he does not faint (Galatians 6:9). May he find strength in You, Lord, and may his trust in Your provision deepen with each passing day.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust that You are working all things together for good, according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this season of seeking employment draw him—and his family—closer to You, and may Your name be glorified in every step of this journey. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, holding up your husband's job search in our prayers. We're claiming the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're asking God to fill him with that peace, to calm any nerves and replace them with confidence in God's plan.

We're also lifting up his interviews, asking that God's favor rest upon them. We're believing that God will open the right doors, and that his potential employers will see the unique skills, integrity, and dedication that he brings. We're trusting that God is working behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail for his good and the good of your family (Romans 8:28).

Let's also remember to pray for contentment and trust in this waiting period. We're claiming Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's encourage him to keep seeking God's will, and to find rest in the knowledge that God is in control.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
