Praise The LORD ###. Please pray for my healing. I face abdominal pain, scrotal pain and groin pain. Please pray for me ### I seriously feel abandoned by God and that God has never loved me. I’m losing faith.

We hear your cry for healing and the deep pain in your heart, both physically and spiritually. Your suffering is real, and we want you to know that you are not abandoned, though it may feel that way in this moment. The Lord sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He has not forgotten you, even when the silence feels overwhelming.

First, we must address the lie that God does not love you. Scripture declares, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). His love is not based on our circumstances or feelings but on His unchanging nature. The pain you endure does not mean He has turned away, it may be a refining fire to draw you closer to Him. But we rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers otherwise. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

We also rebuke the physical afflictions in your body. Jesus healed the sick, the lame, and the suffering during His earthly ministry, and His power has not diminished. "He himself took our infirmities and bore our diseases" (Matthew 8:17). We stand in agreement with you for complete healing, body, soul, and spirit. Seek wise medical counsel as well, for the Lord often works through the hands of doctors and the wisdom He provides.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician. We lift up our brother who is in pain, abdominal, scrotal, and groin pain, asking for Your healing touch to flow through his body. Lord, You formed him in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every cell, every nerve, every fiber of his being. We declare restoration over his body, that every dysfunction would be made right by Your power.

Father, we also pray for his heart. The enemy has planted seeds of doubt, making him question Your love and faithfulness. We break the power of those lies in Jesus’ name! Remind him of Your promises, that You will never leave nor forsake him (Hebrews 13:5), that Your love is steadfast and unshakable (Romans 8:38-39). Renew his faith, Lord. Let him feel Your presence like never before.

We ask for wisdom for the doctors treating him, that they would have clarity and insight. Provide him with peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) as he waits on You. And if there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin weighing on his heart, reveal it to him, Lord, so he may repent and walk in freedom.

We declare that healing is his portion, that joy will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5), and that his testimony will be one of Your faithfulness. Strengthen him, Lord, and let him know he is not alone. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to hope, dear brother. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and conquered the grave is fighting for you. Your pain is not the end of your story, it is the valley before the mountaintop. Keep crying out to Him, even if your prayers feel weak. "The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him" (Lamentations 3:25). You are loved, you are seen, and we stand with you in this battle.

We hear you, and we’re so sorry you’re carrying this weight of pain. Abdominal, scrotal, and groin discomfort can wear a person down in every way, and when it’s paired with that hollow sense that God has turned away, it’s a crushing loneliness. Please know you’re not wrong to feel what you feel. Many faithful people, including the psalmists and even Jesus in His darkest hour, cried out some version of “why have You forsaken me?” That cry doesn’t mean God has actually left. It means you’re being honest, and that honesty is something He can work with.

While we pray for your healing, we also want to gently encourage you to see a doctor if you haven’t yet. Physical symptoms like these deserve a good medical evaluation, and God often uses the hands of physicians to bring relief. It isn’t a lack of faith to get help, it’s good stewardship.

You also mentioned feeling abandoned and losing faith. When faith feels thin, sometimes the most healing thing isn’t trying harder to believe alone, but letting other believers carry you for a while. Is there a trusted Christian friend, a pastor, or a small group you can ask to pray with you, maybe even lay hands on you and sit with you in the silence? Knowing others are lifting you up can be a lifeline when your own strength is gone.

We’re praying that you’d experience God’s nearness even in the middle of the pain, that He would quiet that voice telling you He never loved you, and replace it with a deep, quiet sense that you are held. And we’re asking for wisdom for any medical providers you see, and for real, measurable relief in your body.

Lord Jesus, meet our friend in this aching place. Quiet the fear, calm the pain, and let Your presence feel real, not as a feeling they have to manufacture, but as a gift You give. Heal what is causing these symptoms, and guide any doctors to wise treatment. Most of all, draw near and speak hope into the hollow places of the heart. In Your name, amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. This very hour, the pain you feel and the desolation of your soul is a stage upon which the Grace of God, in answer to your prayerful faith, shall come and do its wonders. You cry that God has never loved you, yet look to the Cross. There is the window through which the love of God is best seen. Such is the power of that love that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Everything God does to His people is all love, sometimes the love is a little disguised, but the love is always there. If He chastens, it is love. If He seems to frown, it is love. It may be the truest love on God’s part to let us lie sick, for out of the sickness He may bring the greater glory.

You feel faith slipping, but even a trembling, little faith is the gift of God. Whose faith was it that cried, “Lord, I believe; help Thou my unbelief”? That same Lord loves to see you pour out your heart before Him in the hour of distress. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Take with you words and come by faith to Jesus, say, “Heal my backsliding, receive me graciously and love me freely.” There is no communion with God except by faith, but faith opens the secret chambers. Trust the bleeding Lamb and you cannot help but love Him, for faith is a gold ring set with the beryl of love. This love will then perfect your faith, making pain become light.

Do not demand a sign or a token. Strong faith is content without marvels, believing God’s bare Word. He has said, “I have loved you with an everlasting love.” You who think yourself abandoned are still a recipient of boundless mercies. Expect the blessing. It is coming. Love ordains your life or death, your ease or pain, but it is always love, infinite, inexhaustible, unchangeable, perpetual Love. Grasp Him now and call Him Ishi, “my Husband,” for grace has really won us when it has won our hearts. Say from your soul, “I will love You in life, I will love You in death, and praise You as long as You lend me breath.”

The pain you suffer is real, and I grieve with you. But I must straightway correct the thought that God has abandoned you or never loved you. Such feelings rise from the senses and the weakness of human reasoning. Faith, true faith, demands a generous and vigorous soul that rises above these things and does not judge God’s love by present affliction. Do not let your pain extinguish your hope. The same Lord who allows the wound holds out the medicine.

Recall how Christ dealt with those who came to Him for healing. Over and over He said, “According to your faith be it unto you.” He did not first heal their bodies and then commend their souls. No, before stretching forth His hand, He drew forth their faith, to show that the power was not in mere touch or words but in the soul’s trusting surrender to His goodness. The Canaanite woman did not cease crying out when He seemed to put her off; her great faith broke through, and her daughter was healed. Even when you feel nothing but silence, do not let your voice fall silent. Cry to Him day and night, like Paul who prayed exceedingly for the saints, that what is lacking in your faith may be perfected.

Often Christ granted healing at the entreaties of others when the sufferer could not come or was weak in faith. So the whole Church prays with you and for you. But let this be a spur to your own faith, not a pillow for despair. Rise up in your spirit and say, “Even if He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” These groin and abdominal pains are a furnace, but the refiner knows the heat needed. His love for you has a kind of proportion: He does not save without faith, not because He is unwilling, but because faith is the very bond that unites us to His power.

You say you are losing faith. Then hear again that “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Flee to the Scriptures; drown out the voice of despair with the promises of God. The same voice that spoke the worlds into existence speaks to you in the Gospel. Stand firm and hear the Bridegroom’s voice. He has not cast off His bride. Every believer is a saint by that very faith, even in a secular life, even in the midst of pain. Do not cast away your sainthood.

Therefore we pray for your complete healing of mind and body. But more earnestly we pray that your faith fail not. The Lord is able to do this, and He will act according to His perfect will and your steadfast trust. Cast aside the thought that you are unloved; it is a lie of the tempter. The cross was proof enough of His love. Believe that He is willing, believe that He is able, and may your heart find rest even before the pain departs.

I hear the cry in your words, and I want you to know that your pain, both physical and spiritual, matters deeply. When you say you feel abandoned by God and that He has never loved you, you are voicing something many faithful believers have felt in the darkest valleys. Those feelings do not mean you lack faith; they mean you are human, and you are hurting.

Faith is not a magic formula that guarantees healing on our timetable. We are told that faith gives substance to what we hope for, it reaches beyond what we can see and holds onto God’s character even when our circumstances scream otherwise. Some of the most remarkable examples of faith in Scripture endured loss, torture, and illness without receiving an earthly rescue. They died still trusting, and their faith was no less real. Being a person of faith does not mean you will always walk in victory over sickness or trouble. Sometimes faith shines brightest when you cling to God in the midst of suffering, not when you are delivered from it.

The pain in your abdomen, scrotum, and groin is real, and I am asking God to bring healing. But while you wait, please hear this: God’s love for you is not measured by the absence of pain. Jesus Himself suffered, and He is with you now, acquainted with sorrow. The feeling that God has never loved you is a lie whispered by despair. The cross is the proof of His love, Christ died for you while you were still a sinner. That love does not fluctuate with your health or your emotional state.

It is also true that even great men and women of faith have had moments when their faith wobbled, when they acted out of fear instead of trust. One ran from a threat and hid in a cave after a mighty victory. Another, the father of the faithful, once compromised the truth out of anxiety. If you feel your faith slipping, you are not alone. A lapse does not mean it was all fake; it means you need to lean harder on the One who gave you faith in the first place. That faith to believe in Jesus Christ was a gift from God, not something you generated yourself. And the same God who gave you the faith to trust Him for salvation can sustain a flickering wick of trust in this trial.

What pleases God is not your perfect, unwavering performance; it is your honest turning to Him. By faith, a man named Enoch walked with God and had the testimony that he pleased Him. That walk was not a sprint of constant ecstasy but a steady companionship through years of ordinary life. God is pleased when you commit yourself to Him, even when you do not understand why you are going through this hurt. It is harder to trust in suffering than in victories, and that struggle is precious to Him.

Bring your questions, your anger, and your tears to the throne. Pray, “Lord, if You choose not to heal me now, I will still trust You. Your will be done, even if it means more suffering. Help me to believe that You love me when everything else tells me You don’t.” That kind of prayer takes greater faith than demanding a miracle, and it anchors you in the reality that your ultimate hope is not a pain-free body but the resurrection life Jesus purchased.

Your works, your sacrifices, your desperate attempts to be good enough cannot restore your sense of God’s favor. Righteousness is credited to you through faith in Christ alone, not by anything you do. He took your guilt, and He bore your griefs. Because of Him, you are accepted. Nothing, not this pain, not your faltering feelings, can separate you from that love.

I am praying for your healing: that the pain would lift, that doctors would have wisdom, that your body would be made whole. But even more, I am asking God to strengthen your inner being, to let you sense His presence in the darkness, and to give you the long-suffering that is a fruit of His Spirit. Faith, hope, and love endure. Grab onto the truth that God’s Word is trustworthy even when your emotions are not. You are not abandoned. You are held.
