I ask that you pray for my Grandson Daniel he has a court hearing Friday, and things might not be going to be good for him, he may be going to jail or home confinement, he does smoke marijuana and it does affect his ability to make good judgements, he was with a friend 6 months or so back and he was drinking but his friend was driving my grandsons vehicle, there was an accident and my grandson left the scene because he thought they would think he was the one driving he was right they went after him and arrested him for DUI the friend finally convinced the arresting officer that he was the one driving(he was not drinking) and they dropped the charges against my grandson, the DMV sent my grandson a letter telling him they needed to have a meeting with him, to discuss what happened. My grandson ignored the letters and his license was suspended. He got an Attorney and the attorney told him all that he would had to do was sign a statement saying he was not driving and everything would have been fine, the Attorney called DMV and they told attorney it was too late the statues of limitations was expired so his licence are suspended. He was supposed to go to court today and he forgot it he thought it was on Thursday, now the Attorney is upset with him and things probably won't go very good for him Friday they( rescheduled court ). What has me concerned he does not remember things I mean really who forgets something that important. There is something that concerns me I am worried that he has smoked so much mariquiana that it has affected his thinking and another thing it could be he is 25 when he was 18 he was in a bad auto accident and has glass shards in his brain the Dr. told his mother in about 5 years from the date of the accident he would start having severe headaches, and mood swings, which he does. I am afraid to tell lawyer about this because I don't know if it would go against him. His lawyer was going to try to get the charges dropped to a lesser charge (that was before he didn't appear in court today) don't know now what will happen. Please pray for his protection and that he will be spared going to jail and that he will ask Jesus into his heart.
