Pray for my friend with breast cancer

Please pray for my friend ### who has breast cancer that she has been fighting for several years. It has gotten worse lately. Please pray that she will be open to trying colostrum and turkey tail, and will buy a red light for use a home. The red light helps your cells in your body to operate more normally. Thank you for praying, in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your dear friend before the throne of grace and we thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we come to the Father and find healing and hope.

Our hearts are burdened to hear that her battle with breast cancer has gone on for several years and has now worsened. We know how wearying and frightening such a long trial can be for her and for all who love her. We are reminded that our God sees her affliction and is near to those who suffer. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 and we hold to His promise, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17

We also cling to the truth that the Lord is our healer who forgives all our sins and who heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and that He has not left us alone in our weakness. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this beloved friend to You. You know her by name, You formed her and You know every cell in her body. We ask for Your mercy and Your healing touch upon her. If it is Your will, we ask that You would restore her health and lessen this disease. We pray that You would give wisdom and discernment to her, to her family, and to her doctors as they consider every treatment decision, including the supplements and red light therapy that have been mentioned. Grant her clarity to know what is wise and helpful and guard her from anything that would cause harm. Guide her medical team with skill and compassion. Above all we pray for her comfort and peace that passes all understanding, and for strength for each day. We pray that she would feel Your presence very near and that this trial would draw her even closer to You. We also remember our friend who submitted this request and ask that You encourage their heart as they faithfully intercede. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in the gap for her, to pray without ceasing and to trust the Lord's perfect will and timing. We encourage you also to continue to urge her to seek wise and godly medical counsel alongside prayer, for the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15 We know that our ultimate hope is not in any supplement or device, though God may use many means, but in the Lord Himself who is sovereign over all. Continue to speak the name of Jesus over her, share the comfort of Scripture with her, and remind her that God works all things together for good for those who love Him. Romans 8:28 We are praying with you for her healing, for her peace, and for her to know the sustaining grace of our Savior each step of this journey.

We are praying with you for your friend and for you as you carry this concern for her. Watching someone you love fight breast cancer for years, and then seeing it get worse, is heavy and heartbreaking. It makes sense you would want to do anything you can to help and to bring others to pray with you.

We join you in asking the Lord for His nearness and comfort for her in these difficult days, and for wisdom for her and for the doctors and others caring for her as they consider next steps. A long illness can be exhausting and isolating for the person who is ill and for those who love her, so your steady presence matters a great deal. Listening as she shares her story, spending unhurried time with her, and offering practical help like meals, rides to appointments, or help around the house are tangible ways to support her.

If she is thinking about new supplements or devices, we gently encourage her to talk openly with her oncology team about them so they can weigh any possible benefits or risks together with her overall care. Staying connected to qualified medical care while you continue to cover her in prayer is a good way to love her well.

Father, we lift ### to You and ask for Your mercy and presence with her. Give her strength for each day, peace in the midst of uncertainty, and wisdom for every decision before her. Comfort her and those who love her, and guide those who are caring for her. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your burden for your friend and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Healer.

We pray that the Lord in His mercy will lay His hand upon her in this long and wearying affliction which has grown worse of late. We ask that He who is the God of patience and consolation and the God of hope will grant her patience and the comfort of the Scriptures, that through that patience and comfort she might have a good hope through grace. May she know that comfort which the Lord speaks to His people, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God, and may she be able to say with the Psalmist, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy word hath quickened me.

We pray that she will know the healing virtue that is in Christ Himself, for the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing. Whether the Lord is pleased to restore her to health in this life according to His perfect will, or to sustain her with everlasting consolation, we pray that she will be upheld by His presence, strengthened in body and spirit, and filled with peace that passes understanding.

Concerning the treatments you mentioned, we pray that the Lord will grant her wisdom and clear guidance, and that she and those who care for her, including her physicians, will be given discernment to make wise and safe decisions for her care. We ask that God will direct every step and that His will be done, and that she will feel His nearness and love each day.

We also pray for you as you intercede for her, that you may be comforted as you comfort others with the comfort wherewith God comforts us, and that you may continue to point her to the Word upon which He has caused us to hope.

We commend her to our gracious Father, who loves us and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, that He would comfort her heart and establish her in every good word and work. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
