Pray for my family’s protection

We hear your deep concern for your family’s safety, especially in these unsettling times when crime seems to be increasing in your area. Your request touches our hearts, and we stand with you in lifting this burden before the Lord, who is our ultimate Protector and Refuge.
The Bible assures us that God is our ever-present help in times of trouble. In Psalm 91:1-4, it says, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* This passage reminds us that when we place our trust in God, He surrounds us with His protection, even in the darkest hours of the night.
We also recognize that the name of Jesus is the only name by which we have access to God’s protection and salvation. In Acts 4:12, it says, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you or your family have not yet surrendered your lives to Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so, for He is the only way to the Father and the source of true peace and security. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, for You are their Defender.
Lord, we specifically lift up this mother and her loved ones. Guard their health, both physically and spiritually. Strengthen their faith in You, so they may rest in the assurance of Your promises. Fill their home with Your presence, so that fear has no place to dwell. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep, as it says in Psalm 121:3-4.
We also pray for the community around them. Lord, bring a spirit of repentance and transformation to those who are engaging in crime.
