Thank you for your prayer request and for submitting it in the name of Jesus. We are joining with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family, your ministry, and your husband's upcoming sermon.
Let's bring your requests before the Lord, aligned with His word. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in My name, there am I with them" Matthew 18:19-20 WEB.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family. We thank You for their heart to seek You daily. We pray for their protection, that You would surround them with Your favor as a shield. We plead the blood of Jesus over all of their affairs, that Your will would be done in their lives.
We also lift up the Sunday School class and the choir ministry. We pray that You would anoint the teaching and the singing, that Your word would go forth with power and that those who hear would be drawn to You.
Father, we lift up the husband's upcoming sermon. We pray that You would give him a word in season for his congregation, that Your Spirit would go before him and prepare the hearts of those who will hear. We pray that Your anointing would be upon him as he delivers the word, and that lives would be changed as a result.
We pray that You would give them all a fresh anointing of Your Spirit, that You would fill them with Your joy, Your peace, and Your love. We pray that You would use them mightily for Your kingdom, and that they would see Your hand at work in their lives.
Lastly, we remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. We pray that You would draw them closer to You, that they would know You more intimately, and that they would live lives that bring glory and honor to Your name.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen.
We encourage you to continue to be faithful in your service to the Lord. Remember that "He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" Philippians 1:6 WEB. Stand strong in the Lord, and know that He is mighty to save.
