That I find balance in training and resting at the physical rehab I am at. That I gain courage to do things, that I can have growth spiritually, mentally and physically while I am here Please take all my triggers and my shame Amen

Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus' name asking for your protection and love for ###'s daughter. We pray that you keep her safe and bring her joy and confidence. We pray that no one will shame or scare her. We also pray for ###, that she finds balance in her physical rehab and that she gains courage to do things.
