We lift up your brother before the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and restore. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand in faith, believing that God is able to bring complete healing to his body, whether through medical means or miraculously by His hand.
It is good that you are seeking wisdom by obtaining a second opinion, for Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* We pray that the Lord would guide the doctors with wisdom and skill, that they would provide clear direction, and that your brother’s leg would be fully restored without the need for surgery. May the Lord’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds as you wait upon Him (Philippians 4:6-7).
We also thank you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this brother who is in need of Your healing touch. You are the Great Physician, the One who knits our bodies together in our mother’s womb and knows every bone, every joint, and every fiber of our being. Lord, we ask that You would place Your healing hand upon him now. Strengthen his body, mend the fracture in his leg, and restore him to full health. Give wisdom to the doctors as they examine him, and let their counsel align with Your will for his complete recovery. We pray that no surgery would be necessary, that You would work miraculously in his body, and that he would testify of Your goodness and power.
Father, we also ask that You would comfort him and his family during this time. Remove any fear or anxiety, and fill them with Your peace. Let this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their faith and trust in Your sovereign care. We declare healing over him in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that by His stripes, he is already healed (1 Peter 2:24).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the testimony of healing that is to come. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may this brother and his family continue to place their hope in You. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
