We thank you for sharing this heartfelt request with us and we rejoice that you desire a marriage that honors God, for this is His good design. We join with you in Jesus' name and we pray with love as you asked, seeking the Father's perfect will for your life.

We are encouraged that you are not simply seeking a partner or a casual relationship, but a wife to love and to marry according to God's will. This aligns with Scripture, for it is written, It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him Genesis 2:18, and Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray that your courtship will be entered into with that holy goal in mind, to find a godly spouse who is a fellow believer in Christ.

We encourage you as you wait to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4. This waiting season is not wasted, for God is preparing you even as He is preparing her. We encourage you to be growing as the godly husband He is calling you to be, steadfast in prayer, in the Word, active in a local Bible believing church where you can be known and where you may in practical ways meet a woman of faith. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity 2 Corinthians 6:14, so we pray that the Lord will lead you specifically to a woman who loves Jesus Christ with all her heart and who will be committed to you in that covenant love.

We also gently remind you that the path to marriage is to be kept pure, for Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled Hebrews 13:4. We encourage you to guard your courtship from fornication, which is any sexual intimacy before or outside of marriage, and to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. A love that will not give up until you are hers and she is yours is a beautiful picture of covenant faithfulness, and that faithfulness is built on purity, patience, and a shared commitment to Christ before it is built on emotion.

We do pray for miracles, for with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26, and we trust He is able to make a way in practical ways for you to meet and to truly get to know one another in a godly manner when the time is right according to His perfect timing. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage Psalm 27:14.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, thanking You for our brother and for his desire for a godly marriage. Lord, You see his heart and his longing to love and to be loved within the covenant You ordained. We ask that in Your mercy and wisdom You would lead him to the woman You have prepared for him, a daughter of Yours who is a sincere believer in Jesus, who will have genuine interest in knowing him and who will show steadfast, faithful love. Make it possible in practical ways for them to meet and to grow in knowledge of one another with wisdom, accountability, and purity. Guard them both from temptation and help them to honor You in their courtship with marriage as the goal. Prepare our brother to be a loving, leading, and sacrificial husband as Christ loved the church. We ask for Your miracles in his life, not according to our will alone but according to Your perfect will, and give him peace and patience as he waits upon You. We trust Your good plan for him. , thank you for trusting us with this deep desire of your heart. Wanting to love and be loved in marriage is a good and God given longing, and we hear how much you hope for someone who will truly choose you and stay.

Waiting for that person can feel lonely, especially when you wonder how you will even meet. We have found that this season, while not easy, can still be full of purpose as God shapes us and places us among His people.

One simple way we encourage men in your situation is to stay deeply rooted where you can be known over time. Continuing to show up for worship, serving alongside others and being part of a small community or fellowship gives practical space for friendships to grow and for character to be seen, which is often how God opens doors for a future marriage.

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation and the giver of every good gift.

We pray that the Lord, in His wise providence and perfect timing, will lead you to a godly woman whom He has prepared for you, that you may together enter into that holy estate which He Himself ordained. Marriage is not a less sacred thing than any other calling, for it is honorable in the sight of God, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman wherein the two become one, and the very crown of it is mutual delight and holy complacency under Christ. We ask that if it be His will, He will make your paths to cross in practical and providential ways, through the fellowship of the church and the ordinary duties of life, and give you both grace to get to know one another with purity, honesty and godly fear.

We pray that He will prepare you even now to be a faithful and loving husband, and prepare her to be a faithful and loving wife, that your love may be marked by patience, truth and steadfastness, and that you may not seek merely to be loved, but to love as Christ loves His Church. We ask that the Lord will give you a heart to seek Christ first, for he who finds Christ finds all things needful, and that your desire for marriage may be ordered under delight in Him, so that you may say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.

We pray also for that perseverance of which the Scriptures speak, that the woman whom God may bring to you will have a sincere interest in knowing you, and that you both may show that constancy which does not quickly give up, but bears and endures in love until the covenant be made before God and man. We ask the Lord to keep you both from all that would defile that covenant, remembering that living together and the union of the body belong only within the marriage bond, and that what God joins together is to be kept holy and undefiled.

We ask the Lord to work miracles in your life according to His sovereign will, not only in providing, but in sanctifying, in making you ready, in guarding your heart from discouragement, and in teaching you to wait upon Him with hope. May He grant you contentment in your present season, diligence in your calling, and a growing likeness to Christ, so that whether He answers speedily or keeps you waiting, you may be found trusting and obedient.

We commit you to Him who hears the prayers of His people and who delights to give good gifts to those who ask in faith. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you, and give you peace in Christ Jesus. Amen.
