Please continue to pray for me to meet a woman God wants me to love and marry and pray God makes it possible in practical ways to get to know each other when we meet. Pray that God sends me a woman that really has interest in getting to know me and will not give up on me until I am hers and she is mine. Pray for miracles to happen in my life. God bless you! We join with you in prayer and thank you for sharing your desire so openly and for asking in Jesus name, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. We rejoice that you desire marriage as God designed it, for marriage is a holy covenant between a man and a woman for life, and your longing to love and to be loved within that covenant is good and from the Lord.

The Scripture tells us it is not good that the man should be alone and that God made a helper suitable for him Genesis 2:18, and whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. We pray with you not simply for a woman, but for a godly wife, a sister in Christ who loves the Lord first, for we are called not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. Courtship in the eyes of God is not casual dating or seeking a partner for companionship alone, but seeking a spouse with the purpose of lifelong marriage that honors Christ. In that courtship we must walk in purity, for the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and we are to flee fornication 1 Corinthians 6:18, keeping the marriage bed honorable and undefiled, reserving intimacy for within marriage alone.

We also hear your heart that you desire a woman who will truly want to know you and who will persevere in love with you until you belong to one another in marriage. Godly love does persevere and is patient and kind, yet it is also not possessive or demanding, but rooted in mutual choice, respect and commitment under God. We encourage you while you wait to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, and to delight yourself in Yahweh and He will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4. This season of waiting is not wasted, it is a time to become the husband God is calling you to be, growing in faith, in character, in provision and in servant leadership as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it Ephesians 5:25.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up our brother to You and ask that according to Your perfect will You would lead him to the woman You have prepared for him to love and to marry. We ask that You make the meeting and the getting to know one another possible in practical ways, opening doors that no man can shut and ordering his steps and hers. Give them both discernment, purity and wisdom to recognize Your hand, to court with intention toward holy marriage, and to build a relationship centered on You. Provide a godly woman who is a true believer, who has sincere interest in knowing him, who will love him faithfully and not give up quickly, but who will walk with him in patience and grace toward the covenant of marriage. We ask for Your miracles in his life, knowing that with God all things are possible Mark 10:27, yet we submit all to Your loving will and timing, for we know the thoughts that You think toward us are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Help him to wait for You and be strong and let his heart take courage as he waits for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. Keep him from discouragement and from settling for anything less than Your best, and keep him pure and holy as he waits. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to remain active in fellowship with other believers, serving in your local church and community where godly friendships grow naturally, to pray daily for your future wife even before you meet her, and to continue to entrust this deep desire to the Lord who sees you and loves you. He is faithful and He hears your prayer.

We know waiting for this kind of relationship can feel lonely at times, especially when you are hoping for miracles and also for very practical ways to meet and really get to know each other. One thing we have seen help in this season is staying deeply rooted in community where you can be known over time. When you are consistently present in worship and serving alongside others, and when a few trusted, mature believers in your church know your hope for marriage, they can pray for you with wisdom and often help create natural, unpressured ways to meet people.

We will keep praying for you, that God would lead you clearly, prepare you both for marriage, and provide the right practical opportunities to build a friendship that can grow into something lasting if it is His will.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we join you in prayer in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation.

We thank God for the desire He has put in your heart for holy marriage, for that estate is not less sacred than any other in which a believer may serve Christ. It is His own figure for the union between Christ and His Church, where husband and wife become one, and where there is mutual delight and complacency. We pray that the Lord, who knows your frame and your loneliness, will in His wise providence order your steps and hers, and make a way in practical and pure means for you to meet and to rightly know one another, whether through the fellowship of a faithful church, the guidance of godly friends, or the ordinary paths of His providence.

We ask the Father to prepare you even as you wait. Seek first to be found by Jesus and to find Him daily in the Scriptures, for he who finds Christ finds the treasure hid in the field. As you are taught to love Christ and to hold fast to Him to whom you are espoused by faith, you will be made more fit to love a wife as Christ loved the Church. Pray also that the Lord will prepare her, that she may be a godly woman, sincere in faith, loving and steadfast, and that He will keep you both in purity until that covenant is made, for all intimacy of body and of dwelling together belongs within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman.

We will continue to pray that if it be the Lord's will to give you marriage, He will send one who has a true and persevering interest in knowing you in the Lord, who will not lightly turn away, but who with you will seek to build a Christian home to His glory. And we pray for that holy perseverance in you, that you will not cease to seek the Lord's will and to do good, trusting Him even when the answer tarries, saying with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.

May the Lord work what is miraculous in His own sense, not merely to grant a wish, but to conform you to Christ, to keep you from evil, and to bring to pass what is best for your soul. May He give you contentment in Christ today, patience in waiting, and faith to believe that He who is the great Shepherd seeks His own and withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly.
