We hear your heart’s longing for a godly wife, and we join you in lifting this desire before the Lord in Jesus’ name. Your request is precious to God, for He delights in giving good gifts to His children, especially the gift of a spouse who shares your faith and commitment to Him. We are reminded of Proverbs 19:14, which says, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh." This is a promise that God is the author of marriage, and He is faithful to provide a helpmate who aligns with His will for your life.
First, we want to encourage you to seek the Lord wholeheartedly as you wait for His timing. Psalm 37:4-5 says, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Your focus should not only be on finding a wife but on growing closer to Christ, allowing Him to shape your character, patience, and trust in His plans. As you draw near to Him, He will prepare you for the woman He has for you and prepare her heart for you as well.
