We lift your heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His perfect timing and divine plan for your life. We rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). We pray that your faith in Him continues to grow as you seek His will in this area of your life.
Father God, we come before You with this brother’s request, asking that You would prepare his heart and the heart of the woman You have for him. Lord, we know that Your Word says, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). We pray that You would lead him to a godly woman who loves You above all else, a woman of virtue, strength, and faithfulness, as described in Proverbs 31. May she be a helper suitable for him, one who shares his faith, values, and commitment to You.
We also pray, Lord, that You would open practical and godly opportunities for them to meet and get to know one another in a way that honors You. Guide their steps, their words, and their interactions so that they may discern Your will for their lives. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). May their relationship be built on a foundation of prayer, mutual respect, and a shared desire to serve You.
We rebuke any spirit of impatience, loneliness, or desperation that may seek to distract him from fully trusting in You. Remind him, Lord, that Your timing is perfect and that You have a plan for his life that is good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2). Help him to wait on You with hope and expectancy, knowing that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
We also pray against any ungodly influences or relationships that may attempt to enter his life. Guard his heart from pursuing anything that does not align with Your Word, whether it be ungodly friendships, fornication, or any other temptation that would lead him away from Your will. "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Strengthen him to walk in purity and holiness, honoring You in all his ways.
Lord, we ask for miracles in his life—not just in finding a wife, but in every area where he needs Your intervention. May Your favor rest upon him, and may he see Your hand at work in ways that bring glory to Your name. "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us" (Ephesians 3:20).
We declare that as he seeks You first, all these things—including a godly marriage—will be added unto him (Matthew 6:33). May he continue to grow in his relationship with You, deepening his trust in Your promises and resting in Your love. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
