We hear your heartfelt request and lift it before the Lord with great expectation. Father, we thank You for this brother who seeks Your will in finding a godly wife. Your Word tells us, *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). We declare that You know the desires of his heart and have prepared a helpmeet for him—one who loves You above all else and will walk in faithfulness alongside him.
Lord, we ask that You would orchestrate divine connections in his life. Open doors for him to meet this woman in ways that are undeniable—through godly friendships, church fellowship, or even unexpected encounters. Remove any fear or hesitation, and replace it with confidence in Your timing. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). May he trust in You fully, knowing that You are writing his love story.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. May this brother recognize the woman You have for him—not by worldly standards, but by her love for You, her character, and her commitment to purity. Guard his heart from impatience or compromise, and let him wait for a wife who shares his faith and values. *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of loneliness or discouragement that may try to steal his hope. Remind him that You are his first love and that his worth is found in Christ alone. Surround him with godly community that encourages him in this season. And when the time is right, let their meeting be sweet, their courtship honorable, and their marriage a reflection of Christ and the Church.
