We hear your heart’s desire for a godly marriage, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this request before the Lord. The longing for a spouse who loves and honors God as deeply as you do is a beautiful and holy desire. Scripture tells us, *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). We believe God delights in blessing His children with companionship that reflects His love and purpose.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who alone gives us access to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would prepare the heart of the woman You have chosen for this brother. Let her be a woman of faith, wisdom, and godly character, one who seeks You above all else. Lord, align their paths in Your perfect timing, and open doors for them to meet in ways that honor You. Remove any obstacles or distractions that may hinder their connection, and let Your peace confirm their relationship as one ordained by You.
We also pray for this brother’s heart as he waits. May he grow in patience, trust, and contentment in You, knowing that Your plans for him are good. Help him to seek You first in all things, for *"unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it"* (Psalm 127:1). Guard him from loneliness or impatience that might lead him to compromise his standards or rush into a relationship that does not align with Your will.
Lord, we ask for practical opportunities for them to meet—through church, godly friendships, or circumstances only You can orchestrate. Let their connection be marked by mutual respect, genuine interest, and a shared commitment to Your Word. May their courtship be pure, honoring You in every way, and may their future marriage be a testament to Your faithfulness.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to steal his hope. Instead, we declare that *"no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly"* (Psalm 84:11). We trust that You are working even now to bring this blessing into his life.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
