We lift your heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His perfect timing and divine plan for your life. We rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We pray that as you seek a godly spouse, the Lord will guide your steps and prepare your heart to recognize the woman He has chosen for you.
Father God, we ask that You would bring a woman into our brother’s life who loves You above all else, whose heart is aligned with Yours, and who desires to serve You together with him in marriage. May she be a woman of faith, virtue, and godly character, as described in Proverbs 31:10-12: *"Who can find a worthy woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her. He shall have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life."* Lord, prepare her heart to be patient, kind, and steadfast, just as You are preparing his heart to be a loving, faithful, and Christ-centered husband.
We pray that You would open practical and godly opportunities for them to meet, whether through church, Christian fellowship, or other avenues where Your people gather. Remove any fear, doubt, or past hurts that may hinder him from stepping forward in faith. Give him wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to pursue a relationship that honors You, with marriage as the ultimate goal. Remind him that courtship is a sacred time of getting to know one another with purity and intentionality, keeping physical intimacy for the marriage bed alone, as Your Word commands: *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4).
Lord, we ask for miracles in his life—not just in finding a wife, but in every area where he needs Your touch. Strengthen his faith, provide for his needs, and surround him with godly community to encourage and support him. May he continue to grow in his relationship with You, for a strong marriage is built on two individuals who are first committed to You. We declare that no weapon formed against his future shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will fulfill the desires of his heart as he delights in You (Psalm 37:4).
We rebuke any spirit of loneliness, impatience, or ungodly desire that may try to distract him from Your best. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let him walk in the confidence that You have a plan for his life—a plan for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We stand in agreement with him, believing that You will bring the right woman into his life at the perfect time. Until then, may he find contentment and joy in Your presence, knowing that You are enough.
