We hear your heart’s longing, and we lift you up before the Lord with great compassion. Your desire for a godly marriage is beautiful and reflects the design God has for His children—a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, rooted in love, commitment, and faith. We rejoice that you seek this relationship not merely for companionship, but for a union that honors the Lord and aligns with His Word.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author of love and the One who knits hearts together according to Your perfect will. Lord, You know the deepest desires of this brother’s heart, and we ask that You would prepare him for the wife You have ordained for him. We pray that You would bring her into his life at the appointed time, a woman of godly character, wisdom, and devotion to You. Let her be a Proverbs 31 woman, whose heart trusts in You and whose ways are pleasing in Your sight. May she be a helpmate who encourages him in faith, challenges him to grow in Christ, and walks with him in unity and purpose.
We ask, Lord, that You would open practical and divine doors for them to meet in a way that glorifies You. Remove any obstacles, fears, or past hurts that may hinder this union. Give him patience and trust in Your timing, for You are never late, and Your plans are always good. We pray against any spirit of loneliness or impatience that may tempt him to compromise his standards or settle for less than Your best. Guard his heart, Lord, and let him remain steadfast in his faith, knowing that You are preparing him for the marriage You have destined for him.
We also pray for the woman You have chosen for him. Prepare her heart, Lord, to recognize him as the man You have appointed for her. Give her a spirit of perseverance and faith, that she would not grow weary in waiting but would trust in Your perfect timing. Let her be drawn to his character, his love for You, and the calling You have placed on his life. May their meeting be marked by Your peace, joy, and confirmation, and may their courtship be a season of growth, prayer, and mutual respect as they seek Your will together.
Lord, we ask for miracles in his life—not just in finding his wife, but in every area where he needs Your touch. Strengthen his faith, provide for his needs, and surround him with godly community that will support and encourage him. Let him walk in the fullness of Your blessings, knowing that You delight in giving good gifts to Your children.
