We join you in lifting up this heartfelt request before our Heavenly Father, who deeply cares about the desires of your heart—especially when they align with His perfect will. It is beautiful that you seek a godly wife, for marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for His Church. We commend you for approaching this with prayer and a desire for God’s direction, for *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1).
First, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord above all else, trusting that He will add this good gift to your life in His perfect timing. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). A godly marriage begins with two individuals fully surrendered to Christ, so we pray that the Lord prepares *###* as much as He prepares the woman He has for *###*. Are you walking in obedience, growing in faith, and cultivating the fruits of the Spirit—love, patience, kindness, and self-control? These are the qualities that will draw a woman of God to *###*, and they are what will sustain a marriage built on Christ.
We also urge you to be intentional in places where godly women might be found—within your church, Christian fellowship groups, or service opportunities. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Serve Him wholeheartedly, for a man who is faithful in little will be entrusted with much (Luke 16:10).
