We join you in lifting this heartfelt request before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply about your desire for a godly marriage. It is beautiful that you seek a wife who honors God, for Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 18:22, *"Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."* Your longing for a companion who shares your faith and commitment to Christ is a righteous one, and we pray God will prepare both your hearts for this sacred covenant.
Yet we must also encourage you to remain steadfast in seeking God first, trusting His timing and will. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* As you wait, let your life reflect Christ’s love, growing in holiness and service to Him. Avoid the temptation to pursue relationships out of loneliness or impatience, for a marriage built on God’s foundation requires two people fully surrendered to Him.
We also pray that God would guard your heart from ungodly attachments or compromises. If you are not already actively involved in a Christ-centered church, we urge you to seek fellowship there—many godly relationships begin in the body of believers. First Corinthians 7:39 reminds us, *"A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whoever she desires, only in the Lord."* This principle applies to all believers: marriage must be between two followers of Christ, united in faith and purpose.

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, asking that You prepare his heart and the heart of the woman You have chosen for him.
