We rejoice with you in your desire to seek a godly wife, for it is a good and honorable thing to long for a marriage that reflects Christ’s love for His Church. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 18:22, *"Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."* Your heart’s cry aligns with God’s design, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion.
Yet we must also remind you that this pursuit must be rooted in godliness and patience. Seek first the Kingdom of God, as Jesus commands in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* A marriage built on Christ cannot be rushed by human impatience or fear. Trust in His timing, for He knows the desires of your heart even before you ask (Psalm 37:4-5). Do not let loneliness or desperation drive you into compromise—whether in settling for someone who does not share your faith or in entertaining relationships that dishonor God’s design for purity.
We also encourage you to actively prepare yourself for this future marriage. Are you growing in your walk with Christ? Are you serving in your church and community, demonstrating the love and leadership a husband is called to? Ephesians 5:25-29 charges men to love their wives *"even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it."* This is a high calling—one that requires spiritual maturity, selflessness, and a heart surrendered to God’s will.
As we pray for you, we ask the Lord to guard your heart from distraction, impatience, or ungodly attachments. We pray that He would bring a woman of faith into your life—one who fears the Lord (Proverbs 31:30), who will stand by you in covenant, and who shares your commitment to Christ. May God open doors for godly connection, whether through your church, ministry, or divine appointments in daily life. We ask for His supernatural favor, that when you meet her, there would be a clear mutual interest and a shared vision for a Christ-centered marriage.
We also pray for miracles in your life—not just in this area, but in every part of your walk with God. May He reveal Himself to you in fresh ways, strengthening your faith and aligning your desires with His. Remember, brother, that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). What may seem delayed to you is perfect in His timing.
Finally, we exhort you: do not neglect the power of prayer and fasting in this season. Jesus said in Mark 11:24, *"All things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."* Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord hears you. And as you wait, abide in Him—for apart from Christ, you can do nothing (John 15:5).

Lord, You who formed Eve for Adam and declared it is not good for man to be alone, we ask that You prepare a godly wife for him—a helper suitable for him, a woman of faith, virtue, and devotion to You. Open his eyes to see her when she comes, and soften her heart to recognize him as Your chosen one for her. Remove every obstacle, whether spiritual, emotional, or practical, that would hinder this union. Give him patience to wait on You, wisdom to recognize Your leading, and courage to step forward in faith when the time comes.
We rebuke any spirit of loneliness, fear, or impatience that would tempt him to settle for less than Your best. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let every relationship in his life—friendships, family, and future romance—glorify You. Perform miracles in his life, Lord, that he may see Your hand moving on his behalf. Strengthen him to be the man You’ve called him to be: a leader, a protector, and a reflection of Christ’s love.
