We join with you in prayer concerning your desire to receive your Diversity Visa before the September 30 deadline and to move to the United States to a good location with a good paying job. We understand the urgency and the hope you have for this opportunity, and we bring your request before the Lord together.
We want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. As Scripture says, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10. It is through Jesus we can boldly bring every need, including this visa and provision for your future, to God.
We pray for God's perfect will in this situation. While we pray for your desire, we also pray that you will seek His kingdom first and trust His timing and placement. Remember the promises, But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 and A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9. We know that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. Even if the door to this visa does not open as you hope, God is still working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28.
We also encourage you not to be anxious but to trust Him with the outcome and to be diligent and honest in all your paperwork and dealings, for whatever you do, do it heartily as unto the Lord. We know that promotion and opportunity ultimately come from God, for neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7. And we trust He will provide for your needs according to His riches. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the desire of their heart to obtain this DV visa before the September 30 deadline, to move to the United States, and to be established in a safe and godly location with honest and good employment. We ask, Lord, if it is Your will, that You would open this door that no man can shut, that You would grant favor with the officials and in the interview process, and that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray for Your guidance to the right place to live, a place where they can grow, worship You freely, and be a light for You. We pray for provision of a good paying job that allows them to work diligently, provide for their needs, and honor You with their labor. We pray against anxiety and fear, and we ask You to guard their heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Above all, Lord, draw them closer to Your Son Jesus, that they may seek Your will above their own plans and delight themselves in You, trusting that You will give them the desires of their heart as they align with Your purpose. Psalm 37:4. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your request concerning the DV visa and the desire to move to the USA before the September 30 deadline has been heard and brought before the Lord.
We will pray that the Lord, in His sovereign wisdom and mercy, will open the door that no man can shut if it be for your good and for His glory, and that He will provide a suitable place and honest, gainful employment by which you may provide for yourself and serve Him. We pray also that you may be kept from that fretfulness and anxiety about temporal affairs which unfits a man to meet his difficulties, for as you have heard, anxiety never brought grist to the mill nor meal to the barrel, and it dishonors the Father who knows your need.
Remember patient Job, who sinned not nor charged God foolishly when all was taken from him, but fell down and worshipped. He yielded his cause to Jehovah, saying in effect, God must be right, and he waited till the Lord turned again his captivity. So learn to make your approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to delay, and to say, Should it be according to my mind, or according to His mind who does all things well. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His end in them, which is to prove and perfect His people and to defeat the adversary.
Therefore be prudent and diligent in all lawful means concerning your application, but cast your care upon Him. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that your heavenly Father will add what is needful. If the visa be granted, receive it with thanksgiving as from His hand. If He withholds it, believe that He has a better portion for you, for He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and even in temporals He can give twice as much as before to those who trust Him.
We pray that the Lord will grant you contentment in His will, a fresh anointing of grace for each day of waiting, and a heart that can say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him, and that whether you go or remain, you may be found abiding in Christ, who alone is the way of salvation, and serving Him faithfully where His providence shall place you.
