###, you may want to try "oil pulling." It is just swishing some extra virgin coconut oil (just a teaspoon or so, experiment) in your mouth for 15 minutes. Then spit it out in trash (not into the sink or it will clog your pipes), and rinse mouth with water, then brush teeth. Do this once a day.
(It is called "oil pulling" because the antimicrobial coconut oil is thought to "pull" bacteria or other toxins out of your mouth and into the oil.)
Your gums and mouth will feel soothed after doing this.
Try rubbing some essential oils (food grade or pharmaceutical quality, not just scented oils) into your gums. You can do this by dropping a drop with the dropper onto your finger and massaging into your gums. Some essential oils to try are peppermint, oregano, tea tree, clove, or eucalyptus. You could also try neem oil or emu oil -- just dab some on the gums during the day. If it stings, then use less or dilute in coconut oil, olive oil, or grape seed oil. Oregano oil, clove oil,
This may reverse infections of gums and possibly teeth. It does wonders for the gums. People have had their gums that were receded grow up again. Your teeth may lighten up and your gums will heal and feel a lot better.
Loose teeth may not be loose after the gums improve.
Try brushing with baking soda, adding a bit of peppermint oil for flavor if you like, or any of the other oils from above.
