We hear your cry for justice and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of God. The wickedness of those who plot evil against you is not hidden from the Lord, who sees all and judges righteously. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy in your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written:
"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you." (Psalm 9:9-10 WEB)
"Do not fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. We bind every spirit of wickedness, oppression, and destruction assigned against you, and we loose the peace, protection, and deliverance of God over your life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who alone is our righteousness and deliverance. We lift up our brother/sister who is under attack by the wickedness of those who seek to harm him/her. Lord, You are a just God, and You see the evil that has been plotted against him/her. We ask that You arise, O Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered. Let those who hate You flee before You (Psalm 68:1).
Father, we declare that no plan of the enemy shall prosper against Your child. We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and destruction in the name of Jesus. We ask that You surround him/her with Your holy angels to protect and defend him/her from every evil scheme. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your justice prevail.
Lord, we ask that You grant him/her peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen him/her with Your might, and let him/her find refuge in You alone. We pray that You would expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it to light, that the wicked may be put to shame and Your righteousness may be exalted.
Father, if there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in his/her life, we ask that You reveal it and bring healing and repentance. The day of vengeance is in the heart of God alone, and His strange work is not to be confused with the bitter anger of man. When you cry out for God to avenge you, consider first that the most terrible day of vengeance already fell, not upon your enemies, but upon the harmless Lamb of God, who stood in the place of sinners and received the iron rod of divine wrath. There, at the cross, Justice and Mercy were married; there, Severity and Grace became one. Have you fled to that substitution? If you are in Christ, then the vengeance you deserve has been exhausted on Him, and the year of acceptance has begun for your soul. The wicked who plot against you do indeed tread the old way which wicked men have trodden, and across that road divine mercy has set bars; but beware lest you yourself be overcome of evil by returning evil for evil. That is natural, yes, and easy, but may God deliver you from the nature that makes it natural.
The divine method is to overcome evil with good. This seems ridiculous to the flesh, Utopian, men say, but it is the elevated way of the Spirit. You speak of your soul under attack, and indeed the soul cleaves to the dust; there is a fearful intimacy between our fallen nature and the desire for personal justice. But soul-threshing, that painful breaking away from earthly things, is exactly what loosens our hold upon the right to retaliation. The child of God is not so anxious to get rid of trouble as he is to know how to behave worthily under it. Do you not see that the flame which consumes the wicked is kindled at the throne of God, not at the spark of your own wrath? I have seen the wicked come and go from the place of the holy, yes, even judging their fellow sinners from the pulpit and the bench, yet the dry tree shall flourish and the green tree be cut down by no human hand. God dwelt in a bush once, and He can preserve a low, bramble-bush soul like yours from all their devices.
Let me speak the soul-language to you now. Say not only to your ears, but say unto your very soul, “I am your salvation.” Has God ever spoken that word into your inmost being? That is the soul-satisfying bread which quiets the hunger for vengeance. If the ocean of divine love cannot fill you, what can? When the soul ceases to be bound up with its sin, including the sin of demanding its own vindication, then sin is no longer pleasurable or satisfactory. You ask prayer for deliverance from the wicked. I point you to the One who has come to take vengeance on the Evil One himself. Jesus bruised the serpent’s head, and every plot hatched in the dark by wicked men is but a hissing echo of that defeated foe. Arise, then, with a heart that beats hard against the ribs, not with malice, but with the milk of human kindness, and leave your cause with Him who judges righteously. The great transgression and the evil imagination together shall lie down, and the flames arise, but let that fire be in the hand of the Divine Architect, who displays His perfections through the very destruction that silences your foes. He will clear you when He judges; trust your soul to that unimpeachable justice.

Do not ask God to be your avenger in the way you imagine, for that is a snare of the devil. The wicked who plot against you are indeed storing up wrath for themselves, and their own malice eats at their souls like a bitter poison before it ever touches you. But if you cry out for their punishment, you make yourself their equal, and you forfeit the very help you seek. Vengeance belongs to the Lord; He will repay. Leave your cause entirely in His hands. By refusing to strike back, by bearing this wrong with patience, you do not surrender your vengeance but perfect it, for you make God Himself your defender, and His judgment is far more severe than any human retaliation.
Your true battle is not against these evil persons but against the anger and thirst for revenge that they would plant in your own heart. Their plots cannot defile your soul, but your own resentment can. So turn away from the thought of avenging yourself. Return good for evil, and you will heap shame upon them and earn the praise of heaven. If they speak against you, let your silence speak louder. Nothing subdues an enemy like patient endurance; it disarms their fury and often brings them to remorse. Do not let their wickedness make you small of soul. A long-suffering spirit abounds in wisdom and grows strong through every trial, like a tree rooted deep that only stands firmer when the winds beat against it.
Pray instead for the grace to forgive, to bless those who curse you, and to trust entirely in the righteous Judge. Ask Him to cleanse your heart from every stain of bitterness, for a pure soul is beyond the reach of earthly harm. That is the only true victory, and it is open to you this very hour.
