Take my hand, precious Lord, lead me on, let me stand, I am tired, I am weak, I am worn. I am thankful that I very much made it to ### for my appointments. I pray that I'll make it home safely. Lord, I pray that you'll continue to keep my family and friends and this world in your loving arms. I have faith in you, and I believe in you with all my heart, mind, body, and soul. Please forgive me for overthinking and my addictions. Lord, I am trying to help myself with my life. My life isn't easy, I am different, and only you know who I am. I pray that you'll have mercy and forgive me for my sins, for I am a sinner. I give my life to you, oh Lord, and I ask that nobody in this WORLD will ever go through this. You gave me this life, and you'll take my life. For you are the beginning and the end. Please, have mercy on everyone in my mind. I seek for you, Lord. I've ruined my life, and I don't know who I am anymore. And I've been the same since I started drinking and doing drugs. Please help me change my bad habits, and hell, I find other things to do, give a sign, I need to find what makes me stop thinking. I come to you, God, when I am alone. And when I feel like everyone is tired of me. I believe in you with all my heart ❤️ God willing, I'll get a call from ### or ###. Why me, Lord, you have given me this life. Why? I hear that everything happens for a reason, and I believe that. But I am tired of hurting, alone. My mental and physical health. Because I'm hurting so much, I have nobody to talk to, but you. I have nowhere to go, but to you, and I have nothing to do. I've had dreams and long-term goals. I've gone through so much, on my childhood and as a teenager. And it got worse than my past. I've been hurting so much. That it doesn't seem to matter, but I know you love me, and I'm sorry for venting to you, Lord. After all, you gave me many chances. No matter what I did to myself. Oh God, I pray that you'll take me as I am. Thank you for your blessings and miracles 🙏 ✨🙌 💖 I pray in Jesus' precious name, Amen. LORD WILLING, I'll go back to treatment. I pray for my baby ###, he's ### years old and going to kindergarten next week. I pray that he'll get along with the other kids, and continue to learn new things. I also pray for his dad, ###, he's ### years old and he's been in and out of jail since he was in his teens and I noticed that he's only getting worse. Lord willing, he will open the eyes of his heart, Lord. I hope he will quit doing drugs in jail. I pray that you'll forgive him and his family for everything that happened in the past. Forgive me as well, for losing faith and giving myself a hard time trying to leave my baby's dad for many years off and on. When he was going in and out of jail and for hurting everyone in his life. I beg you for your forgiveness as I forgive them. Though he is in jail and my life's been getting worse. Have mercy on everyone in this world. I know this world is not my home; we're just all passing through. I need you, God, come into my room, and into my heart, mind, body, and soul. I need to find myself, I believe in God. I'm so exhausted, of living this way, please hear my prayer, God. You know that I've been doing drugs and you still show me signs. My mind is driving EVERYONE crazy and I'm so tired of myself, knowing that they all want me gone. Lord, I am worried that I will never see or be with my baby much longer. Only you know how to help me. I know I've been messing up, left and right. Give me the courage to do something with my life, God willing, I'll be here when my baby's dad gets out. He deserves to get out sooner, like everyone else. I hope he finds another woman to be with; he mentioned whenever he's mad. Sadly I got used to the way he treated me. Still talks a lot of shit. Women, sex, drugs & alcohol are more important than women and his kids. I pray that you'll give him what he wants, and remove me and my son. I love him enough to let him go, no matter what might happen. Jesus, I pray that you'll renew my life. Oh Lord Jesus, take the wheel. I've decided to follow Jesus. I'm sorry for thinking so much and for all the negativity, and I need to find myself, because this isn't me. I'm truly sorry for venting and getting carried away. I pray in Jesus' mighty name, Amen 🙏

We hear the deep cry of your heart, the weariness of your soul, and the longing for freedom from the chains of addiction that have held you captive for so long. Your pain is real, and your struggles are seen by the Lord, who collects every tear you shed and hears every whispered prayer. You have taken a courageous step by applying for treatment, and we commend you for seeking help—this is not weakness, but a sign of strength and a desire for true change. The fact that you are turning to Jesus in this moment is evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work in you, drawing you closer to the Father’s heart.

The Scriptures remind us that we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin. *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need"* (Hebrews 4:15-16, WEB). You are not alone in this fight. Jesus is with you, and He is mighty to save. He has already begun a good work in you, and He will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6). Your past does not define you—your identity is found in Christ alone. You are His beloved child, redeemed by His blood, and He is making all things new.

Yet we must also speak truth in love. Addiction is often a symptom of deeper spiritual battles, wounds, and strongholds that the enemy has used to keep you bound. The Bible warns us that *"a man reaps what he sows. He who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life"* (Galatians 6:7-8, WEB). The drugs and alcohol you’ve turned to for escape have only deepened the pain, the isolation, and the destruction in your life and in the lives of those around you—especially your son. But there is hope: *"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). This is your moment to surrender fully to Christ, to let Him break every chain and restore what has been broken.

You mentioned the father of your child, and our hearts grieve for the cycle of brokenness that has played out in your lives. The Bible is clear that *"bad company corrupts good morals"* (1 Corinthians 15:33, WEB), and the choices he has made—prioritizing drugs, alcohol, and sinful behaviors over his family—are not of God. While we pray for his salvation and repentance, we must also urge you to seek godly wisdom in your relationship with him. You deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and love, not as an afterthought or a punching bag for his anger. The Lord does not call you to remain in a relationship that dishonors Him or harms you and your child. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If this man does not turn from his sins and surrender to Christ, it is not God’s will for you to be bound to him. Your focus must be on healing, on your son, and on walking in obedience to the Lord—even if that means walking away from what is familiar but destructive.

As for your son, we lift him up to the Lord, asking that God would protect his heart, surround him with godly influences, and draw him to Himself even now. *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"* (Proverbs 22:6, WEB). Your prayers for him are powerful, and we join you in asking the Lord to break any generational curses or patterns of sin in your family line. Your son’s future is not determined by the mistakes of his parents—God has a plan for his life, and it is good.

We also address the despair in your words—*"Why me, Lord?"*—and we gently remind you that while suffering is real, it is not without purpose. Jesus Himself learned obedience through the things He suffered (Hebrews 5:8), and God uses our trials to refine us, draw us closer to Him, and equip us to comfort others (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Your pain is not in vain. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He is using this season to mold you into the woman He created you to be—strong, resilient, and full of His light.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your precious daughter, who is weary, broken, and longing for freedom. Lord, You see the depths of her heart—the shame, the regret, the fear, and the desperate cry for help. We thank You that she has turned to You, the only One who can save her. Father, we ask that You would break every chain of addiction in her life by the power of Your mighty name. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renew her mind, and give her the strength to walk away from the temptations that have held her captive. Lord, she has taken the first step by seeking treatment—open the doors for her to receive the help she needs, and surround her with godly counselors, medical professionals, and believers who will walk alongside her in this journey.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair, hopelessness, and self-hatred that has plagued her mind. Replace it with Your peace, Your joy, and the truth of who she is in Christ—redeemed, loved, and chosen. Heal the wounds of her past, Lord, especially the pain from her childhood and the brokenness in her relationships. Restore her soul, O God, and give her a vision for the future You have for her—one of hope, purpose, and righteousness.

We lift up her son to You, Lord. Protect him, guide him, and draw him to Yourself. Break any cycles of sin in his life and surround him with Your angels. Give our sister wisdom as she parents him, and help her to lead him in Your ways. Father, we also pray for the father of her child. Soften his heart, Lord, and bring him to true repentance. If it is Your will, redeem his life and use his story for Your glory. But if he continues in rebellion, we ask that You would give our sister the strength to release him to You and to walk in freedom, trusting You with her future and the future of her son.

Lord, we ask that You would provide for her every need—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Give her a community of believers who will support her, encourage her, and hold her accountable. Help her to fill her mind with Your Word, to replace the negative thoughts with Your truth, and to find healthy, life-giving ways to cope with stress and pain. Father, we ask that You would restore her joy, her peace, and her sense of purpose. Show her that her life is not ruined—it is being redeemed by Your hand.

Finally, Lord, we thank You that she has surrendered her life to You. We declare that she is a new creation in Christ, and the old has passed away. Give her the courage to walk in that truth, to leave behind the things that dishonor You, and to embrace the abundant life You have for her. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Our sister, we want to encourage you to cling to Jesus every single day. Fill your heart and mind with Scripture—read Psalms when you feel overwhelmed, and meditate on the promises of God. *"Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Find a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and surrounded by fellow believers. If you haven’t already, we urge you to confess your struggles to a trusted pastor or Christian counselor who can walk with you in this journey. Accountability is key to overcoming addiction.

Remember, the enemy wants to keep you in shame and isolation, but Jesus wants to set you free and give you a future filled with hope. *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10, WEB). Keep fighting, keep praying, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is your strength, your healer, and your deliverer. You are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer, believing God for your complete restoration.

If you ever feel the urge to return to old habits, cry out to Jesus immediately. He is faithful, and He will help you. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). You *can* do this through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). We love you, and we are cheering you on in this fight. Stay strong in the Lord!
